Pros

I use Silvertool CRM as our all in one solution to create a fully customized internal CRM customized specifically for our needs.

Cons

I've noticed that when I reach out for help, the support team doesn't always reply quickly. I'd appreciate faster responses especially when I'm stuck mid task.

Suits small teams

Pros

One thing that stands out for me is how fluid the navigation feels and how clearly I can view company profiles, it helps me work faster.

Cons

Exporting files has been frustrating. I often spend more time than I should just trying to figure out the right way to get the data out.

Works Great for Tracking and Sharing

Pros

I'm able to constantly track customer revenue, share information with all colleagues and follow up on complaints easily.

Cons

It would be nice if we weren't limited on the number of points when using the Google Maps feature in the company section. I use that quite a bit and I find difficulty in the middle of a task when it hits the maximum limit.
