Pros
The integration with Outlook, Word and other Office tools is something I like the most. Its easy for me to use.
Cons
Sometimes the Outlook link fails and I come across other small bugs too.

Pros
I have been using SuperOffice for over 15 years and the CRM online version is a great product. Its easy for me to use and connect on any platform.

Cons
Well I fail to link the calendar to Outlook in the web interface and I cannot use "free text" for a booking.

“Easy to use and fully linked CRM system”
Pros
What I love most about SuperOffice is its connectivity and links in all directions. No matter where I add information it automatically connects across all linked parts.
Cons
Some reports are tricky to customize and the layout might not be exactly how I want it. However, its flexible and I can build almost anything I need.

“Have used SuperOffice on and off since 1995”
Pros
The software is very user-friendly. I have also tried other CRM products that are not as intuitive or easy to use. I have implemented it in three different companies with sizes ranging from 2 to 15 users and no one has complained so far.
Cons
Occasionally I lose the connection and archiving between SuperOffice and Outlook which has happened several times. It is also hard to restore it even though the Help Desk is supportive.

Pros
This product is great for staying in touch with users and creating newsletters. Everything is easily accessible and the workflow is simple to understand!
Cons
The questionnaire feature needs improvement. Its great that its available but it still has a few bugs and could use additional features. Once these are addressed (which I believe will happen) it will be perfect!

“An easy to use CRM with many functions!”
Pros
The selection tab is my favorite feature. Once I got the hang of it I could filter almost anything. Using % before a search word is also a great way for me to find companies in my CRM. It syncs well with our NAV invoicing program which allows me to easily track sales month to month.
Cons
If I do not know the company name it takes me a bit longer to find them, even if I know their location. The pocket version is a bit limited and could be better.

The good things about the software is its ease of use, functionality, VISMA integration, phone app and dashboard
Cons
There are a few missing features like it only accepts one business offer per sale and there is no trend graph for dashboard data.

The support from the supplier is excellent, with regular trainings or workshops and quick responses to issues. The software is easy for me to use which offers many possibilities and a proper link with other software like Outlook.
