Pros

Great standard software to profesionalize your business

Pros

Its a standard software that does not require a lot programming. I also liked the Super Office teams support during development and training. It offers a nice ecosystem with apps to enhance the program.

Cons

I miss reporting features. Setting up proper reporting based on my own KPI structure would be helpful.

One of the most needed CRM software for small and medium sized companies

Pros

The 24/7 customer support, reporting options, and integration features like MS Office and Exchange are great. Furthermore scheduling tasks and reminders is my favorite feature.

Cons

Third-party integrations is a bit complicated.

Client and project easily linked

Pros

I can easily link a client to a project and vice versa. Storing and retrieving correspondence, data, information and documents is also simple for me. Credit goes to SuperOffice.

Cons

Online support is slow or the button does not work at times so I end up needing to email separately.

Super Office My Experience

Pros

The layout is awesome as it makes it easy to read anything on the screen and gives me a good overview. Also the program offers many useful functions especially when I get some help finding them! I have used support often and they have been very helpful.

Cons

It is difficult to navigate the program. Also some functions are hard to find and I miss having a proper file system for documents. I have had many issues editing documents and the check-in and check-out function does not always work properly.

Great Tool to increase your sales and make your life easier

Pros

Set up process was not complex, easy to understand and I was able to start working and benefit from it right away. Combined with the mobile app, its an excellent tool. Also, the contact names and phone numbers automatically transfer to my contact list on my phone.

Cons

The way documents are saved and found could be improved.

Good but can improve.

Pros

I like it because its online and accessible anywhere even on iOS platforms.

Cons

Its not easy to learn mainly if you do not work with it daily. I also wish I could add external documents like Excel.
