“Lots of functionality, but little difficult to navigate.
Pros
Velocify has numerous functions and quick access buttons. With just a few clicks on shortcuts, I can find all the lead information I need.
Cons
It was initially challenging to navigate, but once I learned the shortcuts, it became easier. However, there are still some functions I rarely use, which can be tedious to figure out each time. Improved logic for handling duplicate leads would also be beneficial.

“Velocify
Pros
I've had some issues with billing, if you cancel, they charge you for the full year, even if recent changes don't work for you.
Cons
If you cancel, they charge you for the entire year, even if recent changes are not working for you. Getting in touch with someone to address issues can be very difficult.

“Amazing product for accelerating Sales teams in Salesforce
Pros
The back-end interface is intuitive, and customer support is always on point. I've been using Velocify for years and love how it reduced our sales team's lead-to-call time from 8 minutes to just 2 minutes on average.
Cons
There are occasional downtimes, though rare, which can be frustrating. The program primarily runs on Java, requiring frequent cookie clean-ups in the browser, which can be a bit cumbersome but is a minor issue.

“Miserable, o verpromised and under delivered.
Pros
While I can make changes on the go, it has not lived up to all the promises made during onboarding. It's challenging to find many positives about this program or its account reps.
Cons
The company's practices are highly unethical. They blatantly lied about the software being ready out of the box, leading to hundreds of hours spent on customization. Issues with duplicate leads, lack of mobile capabilities, and outdated automated emails add to the frustration of an expensive system that isn't fully usable on a cell phone. Their representatives misled us, overcharged for unused licenses, and refused to address our concerns or refund our money. They are fully aware of the high costs associated with switching CRMs and exploit their customers without hesitation.

“Very Good CRM program
Pros
It's an excellent CRM that meets the basic requirements for managing contacts, and I especially like the capability to send texts.
Cons
The CRM is somewhat complex when it comes to importing or extracting data, and it's also costly per user.

“Velocify great for insurance
Pros
I find it incredibly efficient in the insurance industry. The way it organizes my leads and dispositions so swiftly is something I really like.
Cons
After arranging in Normal view, using the blade doesn't automatically move me to the next caller; I have to click to dial.

“Organized and efficient
Pros
Velocify has really streamlined and organized my sales calling strategy, significantly improving our lead contact times.
Cons
I'd like more choices in dependencies when creating priority lists. Working with many existing customers and partners, we struggle to find a configuration in Velocify that suits our teams.

“Expensive and difficult to handle data
Pros
The nurture program and the option to text from the platform are fantastic. Being able to consistently reach out to candidates automatically is incredibly valuable.
Cons
It's pricey and handling large amounts of data is challenging. Managing extensive campaigns within the software is also expensive; I might need to seek external solutions for that.

“Easy to pull leads
Pros
Velocity is very intuitive and serves excellently for pulling leads. The customer service is also top-notch, and they are willing to come to our office for additional training at an extra cost. There are a few minor issues with the software.
Cons
I linked it to my cell phone, and now it rings constantly! I removed the setting, but it continues to ring!

“Great at cadence and keeping your organized.
Pros
The cadence is outstanding. It helps me stay on top of leads and integrates seamlessly with other software. The interface is very neat and easy to grasp.
Cons
I'm not fond of the limitation of only 100 leads at a time facing forward. Also, it incorrectly displays time zones internationally; for instance, Australian leads appear on Friday when it's already Saturday down under.

“Great product
Pros
Once you get the hang of it, I like how easy it is to use. I also love the ability to filter everything as needed.
Cons
Customer service is a bit slow, but once they assist you, it's smooth and the service itself is excellent.

“Velocify acts as a nice interface between my lead data and myself.
Pros
The feature to restrict Actions based on Statuses is a clever way to guide leads through specific conversion points.
Cons
It would be helpful for our sales and admissions team to have a simpler way to send text or group messages.

“This tool checks a lot of boxes
Pros
One of the best aspects of this software is the click-to-call functionality. Whether in the dialer view or directly from a lead page, this automation really saves time, especially when I'm spending all day in Salesforce making numerous calls.
Cons
I wish the system could transcribe recorded phone calls. Having multiple recordings stored on Salesforce records makes it cumbersome to review. Transcribing calls would allow pinpointing specific conversations and offering coaching opportunities to team members. Analyzing call times and close rates would also be beneficial.

“I started using Velocify a two months ago when I started my job, and I was able to grasp the product very quickly.
Pros
The simplicity stands out. Navigating through the website is very easy. I like how the product allows us to have a personalized script for our company.
Cons
Occasionally, I get an error message when a new lead is added to the system. It's easy to fix by copying and pasting the lead's phone number into the search bar, but it can be bothersome during calls.

“Love Velocify
Pros
Customer service is incredibly responsive! I've never had an issue connecting with someone to assist me. I really can't complain about anything!
Cons
Sometimes the system crashes, but honestly, which system doesn't? Overall, I don't have any complaints.

“Easy to use system that helps to organize lead management
Pros
There are multiple views and charts available to track overall performance and productivity. The click-to-dial feature is particularly useful for tracking purposes. The priority view is also highly customizable.
Cons
There are some limitations in customizing and pulling lead-specific reports from the system. I'd like to generate email lists for client campaigns in addition to call campaigns, but that might be a restriction imposed by our company rather than a product limitation.

Pros
It's easy to use and quite self-explanatory. Navigating through the columns to prioritize tasks is easy.

“I like that I am able to find all my clients with ease.
Pros
I like that a lot of information can be stored in each profile. The time and date stamp on each note is also helpful for tracking actions taken on profiles.
Cons
If you forget to click save, there's no reminder message prompting you to save before exiting.

“It looked complicated at first but easily to manage in a short period of time.
Pros
The dashboard screen allows me to see all my appointments and activities for the day. It's convenient for making changes, updates, cancellations, or rescheduling appointments.
Cons
The pop-up screen can be annoying, especially when I'm in the middle of a call, text, or email with a student.
