Velocify has been a good tool in my prospecting plan

Pros

Importing data is effortless, and the reminders help keep transaction statuses organized. Accessing client data quickly is another plus.

Cons

Velocify frequently times out, causing information entered into the system to be lost. This issue is particularly noticeable when interfacing with Five9 software.

Nothing short of exceptional!

Pros

The website navigation is simple. It's a clean webpage without distractions like excessive colors or advertisements. All the necessary details are neatly presented on one screen.

Cons

My only gripe is having to choose a "search" method every time I look up a borrower after completing a file. I prefer searching by last name; if I could retain that setting, it would save me clicks and time.

No software solution is "Perfect" (just it's users;)

Pros

Velocify encourages a proactive approach, it reminds me of tasks so I don't have to remember everything or set additional calendar events elsewhere.

Cons

No software solution is "perfect" (just like its users!), but they've really put in effort. It's not the most intuitive product, but its customizability makes it effective for each user. An out-of-the-box solution wouldn't provide the functionality we get from Velocify, we needed customization for that.

Cons

There aren't enough disposition reasons, and they should be more detailed. Sometimes, I struggle to find a suitable reason.

Great Functionality

Pros

I really like the lead distribution and disposition features. They make conducting business efficiently a easy.

Cons

The only downside is the non-alphabetical order of titles in recorded voice messages. If that's the only issue, I'm in good shape!

Velocify's Advantages

Pros

As a Loan Officer, I rely on this product daily, it simplifies my workload by organizing all my leads and ensuring none slip through the cracks.

Cons

I often find myself logged out of the app, sometimes even during phone calls. It has even hung up on me during a call.

Customizable but Complicated

Pros

I like the flexibility to build forms and customize everything visible on our screen for each lead. Building and tailoring reports is also a standout feature.

Cons

When reorganizing data fields, I have to click "Up" or "Down" for each individual field adjustment. A drag-and-drop feature would be more convenient when moving multiple spaces. We also encounter significant issues with API imports, as leads aren't always updated automatically and require manual adjustments.

Best CRM Out There!

Pros

The call back calendar is my favorite feature. The interface is smooth and intuitive, unlike other CRMs I've used before. The auto-voicemail feature is also fantastic, it makes dialing out much smoother and efficient. I also enjoy the ability to customize various voicemails for different situations.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike. A few suggestions though, for the callback calendar, coloring date boxes differently for days with scheduled calls would be helpful. It would also be nice to customize tabs in the lead data section and the layout of the page to suit personal preferences, if possible through backend customization.

Makes keeping up with sales leads easy

Pros

The software helps me stay organized and always informed about who I need to contact and when. The notes feature makes it easy to review details before reaching out.

Cons

My competitors also use the software, so I wish I had it exclusively. I'd prefer to stay one step ahead.

Excellent Product

Pros

My experience with Velocify has been consistently positive. It's easy to use and simple to understand.

Cons

My only complaint arises when UI updates occur without notice, causing me to click on buttons that didn't previously exist. It's not a big issue, just a bit annoying.
