Velocify helps Loan Officers

Pros

I like the variety of reporting options and how easy it is to assign leads.

Cons

Velocify is quite intricate, and merging leads and call data into reports is not possible. The support could be improved, and customization options are limited.

Great options, had to restart more than once

Pros

I've never experienced dropped calls, and I'm impressed with its features for organizing clients and tracking calls.

Cons

I often found myself restarting the software when it froze or didn't function correctly. With multiple programs running, these issues were more noticeable with this one.

Velocify is Okay but not as Good as Salesforce

Pros

Velocify serves its purpose adequately, though there are some limitations if used as a CRM.

Cons

While the system is not difficult to use, it lacks the extensive functionality of Salesforce. We've discovered that there's much more that can be done with Salesforce.

Dated UXI & Use Limitations

Pros

It supports multiple marketing platforms and nearly full-stack capabilities, but there are usage limits on members, emails, texts, etc.

Cons

The user interface feels outdated, and finding specific sections quickly can be challenging. Buying credits is required, making it more costly compared to integrating our own service with Twilio.

It may not be in the top 10, but it's worth a look

Pros

At my previous job, we transitioned from binders to a software that not only kept us organized but also prompted us when to reach out to clients. Trust in its sales schedule, it works!

Cons

I preferred it when the program was called Leads360. To me, the name itself clearly described what the program was about, a mark of its own identity!

my experience with velocify

Pros

This CRM application stands out with its user-friendly interface and appropriately chosen colors. It strikes a great balance in task fluency and reporting. I particularly liked the automatic voicemail feature.

Cons

I found the cost slightly high, and the mobile application still has issues with mid-range smartphones. Also, it's only available in English.

Watch out

Pros

This software helped me streamline my lead organization. I spent many nights customizing this program specifically for insurance agents.

Cons

Not only did I spend a lot of time customizing this program for Insurance Agents, but I also helped them get into Allstate Insurance. What bothers me the most is how they used me and then discarded me like trash. Shame on them.

Great for Calling

Pros

It is ideal for automated outbound calls, it's a simple program that displays client names and their locations.

Cons

I experienced issues with the program freezing or shutting down frequently. I'm unsure if it was due to my internet connection.

Velocify

It's a useful tool overall.

Pros

We use it alongside Salesforce. One of its best features is the ability to customize Velocify to ensure our sales team follows up on leads promptly, rotating them after 14 days to other agents who might have a different approach.

Cons

One drawback is that you can only view 100 leads at a time. Another issue is its handling of duplicate leads, which can be awkward and frustrating.

Velocify: Automating Communication Efforts

Pros

I found the canned voicemail options from Velocify invaluable. In my previous role as an Admissions Officer, leaving the same voicemail repeatedly was common. Velocify lets me designate pre-recorded messages, saving time and effort. The shotgun connect feature makes connecting with customers seamless, it cycles through available reps when there's a live customer on the line.

Cons

Configuring the software to integrate with our Student Information System requires significant effort, both in terms of time and cost.

Was good early on - but falling off

Pros

This product excels in lead routing within Salesforce, it's stable and easy to use.

Cons

The lead prioritization platform is very rigid, sticking strictly to Velocify's best practices rather than allowing for customization. As a result, our representatives didn't find it useful and saw it more as an expensive routing tool.

Needs work

Pros

Having instant access to contact information is invaluable. The login screen's animal and human pictures are a nice touch!

Cons

Moving leads to the next user is slow, causing delays when timing is critical. The report dropdown options and admin organization can be confusing without a proper explanation.
