Pros
With Zoho CRM, I can keep everything from leads to closed deals organized in one spot. It makes tracking progress and managing client relationships so much easier.
Cons
It is a great platform in general but moving between different sections can feel sluggish sometimes which interrupts our workflow.

Pros
There are so many things I love about this tool. First we can manage all our employees, customers and suppliers in one central spot. Second it connects perfectly with Zoho Invoice. Third I can tailor the client details to show exactly the info we need. Fourth it integrates seamlessly with our website forms, so when a client submits a form it pops right into the CRM.
Cons
My least favorite part is the pricing structure. While we can add multiple staff in Zoho Invoice, each user in the CRM costs extra. I am also not a fan of how some data fields are restricted unless you upgrade to a more expensive plan, though I know thats common with most CRMs.

“Essential tool for any business
Pros
This software has been essential for getting my company ready for launch. It simplified our entire setup and building the specific modules we needed was incredibly easy especially with Zia's help. I cannot manage my multi-industry business without it and it's crucial for our expansion. Also the price is more than fair when you consider all the features you get like sales pipelines, lead and marketing tools and email management. My favorite is the built-in call feature that gives us a direct customer support line. Overall I am completely satisfied with this tool.
Cons
Right now I really do not have many criticisms. It's been a pleasure to use and I have barely run into any problems. If I had to pick one frustrating area, it was getting the phone system configured and linking our domain to the email. The instructions were not clear enough for me and the steps I could follow did not seem to work.

Pros
You know, I really believe this is an excellent CRM choice for companies that need to work within a limited budget. The great part is that even though it's cost-effective, it doesn't feel low-quality at all. It actually packs a lot of powerful tools for both sales and marketing, which is pretty impressive for the price point
Cons
Well the email editor is a bit limited when it comes to pre-made templates, even though the ability to schedule emails works well. The reporting feature also needs some work.

Pros
Zoho CRM seems to offer really good value for the price. The customer support is solid, the software is quite user friendly and easy to use and it is a great system for handling sales, marketing and emails.
Cons
Pipedrive has a more polished and modern look compared to this tool but I am also paying a high monthly fee for a lot of features I don't actually use.

Pros
I could easily handle all my customer details and see a complete overview instantly. It clearly showed what stage we were at in the onboarding process for each client.
Cons
The interface gets the job done but it could definitely use a visual refresh. A cleaner, more modern design would make it much more pleasant to use every day

It is simple to use, even for beginners thanks to its simple and clear interface. And it is especially useful for managing the sales pipeline, plus the email features really help get more done.
Cons

The cost of Zoho CRM is reasonable compared to other systems. It is also highly adaptable as you can easily tweak modules, data fields, layouts, automated processes and dashboards to fit your workflow. Plus it works perfectly with other Zoho apps like Books, Desk and Campaigns.
Cons
It has a steep learning curve despite being very customizable. The interface and configuration options can be overwhelming for new users. And the standard support can feel slow and unhelpful unless you pay for a premium plan.

I find the value for the money simply excellent. Plus Zoho CRM offers high-quality marketing automation tools, striking a great balance between powerful features, customization options and an affordable price.
Cons

It is pretty easy to get around this tool. The screens loaded quickly and it was helpful for managing my tasks. Even the pipeline management was good and worked as we expected.
Cons
On days full of appointments, I like to print a summary page from the CRM. This was surprisingly difficult to do. When I called for help, the support agent had such a strong accent I could not understand them. Plus poor customer support is the main reason we stopped using it.

Pros
The automation and customization in Zoho CRM make the sales process much smoother. The Zia AI is also great for prioritizing leads and managing tasks more efficiently.
Cons
In my opinion the email designer is not very user-friendly. Also the platform is difficult to learn and new users often get frustrated by bugs and glitches.

Cons
Well the initial setup has a very steep learning curve and the customization process is a frequent source of frustration. While they have quick-response support teams, let me tell you you are probably better off not calling them.

It has been a reliable and affordable way for us to keep in touch with customers via email. Its main tools for capturing leads and automating follow-ups let us manage customer relationships easily, without it feeling overly complex. It also integrates well with other software which is great for adding new functions without a complete system overhaul.
Cons
The fundamental features are easy to understand but some of the more complex automation and reporting tools require a significant time investment to master. The navigation is not always the most simple and the interface is inconsistent as some parts look modern while others feel dated. I mean it really needs a full visual update. Support can be useful but you might face longer wait times than you'd prefer for an urgent issue.

I am amazed by how much you can do right from the mobile app. It is easily the most functional mobile experience I have had with any CRM. Plus the product is incredibly flexible as it fits my specific business and sales workflow perfectly.
Cons
Honestly, I had very few complaints. The platform does require a considerable learning period but that's a direct result of its vast customization options and extensive features

I was really impressed with both the functionality and the clean design of the deals page. The option to link records and quickly create new accounts, deals or contacts from anywhere was extremely useful too.
Cons
We invested a huge amount of time in training with the Zoho launch team yet we still could not use the system to its full potential.

One thing I like is how how clear the lead details were and how simple it was to customize the layout. The tabs for editing information are well-placed and their purpose is obvious, making navigation simple too.
Cons
My main issue was the lack of a master setting for the note order. They automatically show the oldest note first. There is a tab to switch it to show the newest but you have to change it manually for every single lead.

I really value that the Zoho support team genuinely tries their hardest to resolve any problems you have with their products. They also offer a wide range of different tools to help you run and expand your business.
Cons
I wish the initial setup was simpler so perhaps an AI assistant could speed up the process. The cost can also be high depending on your business field and Zoho Health needs clearer documentation.
