“Costly suite lock-in”
Pros
The CRM app itself is solid but the company keeps pushing its full suite and the quality really isn't consistent across all of the modules.
Cons
A single user can't authenticate across different domains. Once people in your organization sign up for ZohoOne, it ends up forcing the whole company onto itOne even if some users only need one app. That makes the overall solution far too expensive.

“Suitable for marketing”
Pros
Handling client-facing commercial work is much more manageable with this financial solutions system. It works really well overall especially for teams that deal directly with customers and it also helps keep inventory updated. The tool is very functional, clear and simple to understand so it becomes a strong assistant for customer service and daily business processes.
Cons
I really do not have any complaints about this tool. It seems especially well suited for people working in marketing but it is also flexible enough to adapt to other types of work.

“Advanced enterprise-level features”
Pros
It offers advanced enterprise-level features, depending on the plan you choose, while still costing a lot less than Salesforce or Copper.
Cons
Development moves slowly. A good example is contacts only supporting a single email address even though having multiple email addresses is a basic need and users have been asking for it for years.

“No need for customization, It's perfect”
Pros
Using a lot of other CRMs like Infusion and Salesforce, I have realized the need for a more simplified solution. That is the reason I switched to Zoho, which can be operated with minimal effort and less manpower. All the features required for social, email, and CRM are all housed in one location and integrated with each other quite well. Warming up prospects before transferring them to the CRM module is simple with the help of the email campaign area. It is simple to assign tasks to the sales team and generate detailed reports about the progress of those tasks, which lets me decide what to do next.
Cons
I recommend some training videos be added so that we might be able to use other features to help us in some way. The CRM module does not always receive accurate statistics from the email campaign area. Generating and nailing the leads is not as perfect as I would have liked. I mean, there is no perfect method for qualifying leads.

“Powers up sales performance”
Pros
It is great that Zoho has focused the most on one thing that matters the most: customer management. Its dead simple to create folders and neatly organize all our clients in a space free from clutter. We have been using it to organize client records with their information and requests, save all documents, archive emails, and keep track of transactions done by our team and among them. I like how Zoho CRM makes it easy to filter customers by suggested topics. This makes it easy to make lists of important information about a certain group of customers based on their specialty or interests, so that our team can quickly get in touch with them and make them special offers.
Cons
The team behind Zoho has not been great with updating the software on time. I feel like its been left behind by the competition, and if they keep it up, they might end up losing customers. Also, obtaining blueprints and custom coding is a hassle.

“Supports the full cycle of marketing”
Pros
I first came across it through a remote assistance session. After looking into the company, I signed up for the free version and started adapting it to what my business could handle. It didn't take long for us to realize how useful it would be. Like any tool, the more information you put into it, the more value you get back. It has been very helpful for customer management and it also supports the full cycle of marketing, sales orders and support.
Cons
The trial period is too short to really understand all the benefits. Even after a few months of using it, we were still discovering new functions.

“Exceptional marketing automation and task management”
Pros
Out of everything it offers, the standout features for us are marketing automation and task management. Those two tools make a real difference in keeping our daily work organized, helping us stay on top of activities and consistently meet deadlines.
Cons
Mobile app doesn't feel as advanced as the desktop version yet. It would also help if the pricing were a bit lower especially so startups could afford it more comfortably.

“Helpful for making decisions”
Pros
Our team relies on this to automate sales forecasting, track sales numbers and monitor results. The software is highly customizable and gives us several different ways to view the key data we need which helps us make day-to-day decisions for each of our locations.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning when getting used to how the software works but once the features and functions start to make sense, creating your own reports becomes pretty simple.

“Handy free version for small businesses”
Pros
For a small business, the free version covers enough to get started. It's user-friendly to use and can be customized to match your sales funnel.
Cons
That said, the free plan still has its limits. You can't add more than one account manager on the free version and having that included would make it much more useful. You also need an IT email account to use it which can be inconvenient.

Pros
Keeping up with all my leads and prospects became much more manageable with it and it made my sales process more organized, efficient and easier to handle overall.

“Smooth transition”
Pros
Contact management is a huge part of keeping our digital marketing team running well especially with all the important tools we rely on like ads. Moving over from Microsoft CRM to this suite was pretty simple and we really valued the implementation training that came with it. That made it much simpler to roll out the features across both the marketing and sales teams.
Cons
Something that held it back a bit was the branding since it made some people on the team a little hesitant about the product. I also think there should be more customization options available.

“Covers all the necessary features”
Pros
Among the options available right now, this is easily one of the best on the market. From creating opportunities to nurturing leads, it covers all the needed features in a very user-friendly interface. Managing client information has never felt this effortless and the analysis it provides is truly hard to match.
Cons
It's quite feature-rich so it takes a little time to get used to everything. The reporting setup is excellent but it does require a stronger understanding to use fully especially since it handles information synchronization so well.

“Top-tier features”
Pros
A CRM really lives or dies by its interface and that's a big reason this one gets picked over a lot of others. It comes packed with features that make it feel top-tier for the business. We can connect third-party tools, build and generate reports directly from the CRM and it also has the lead automation functionality that matters most. Those are some of the key things that make it such a strong option.
Cons
The toughest part is integrating it with landing pages for lead capture.

“Separates administrative tasks”
Pros
I originally signed up for it mainly to handle business email and getting everything configured was simple, including using my business name with a .com address. As my business grew, I needed a better way to separate administrative tasks and this has helped me break up the workflow in a really practical way. That has included generating more leads, speeding up sales organizing contacts and providing better service to my customers. It makes it convenient to organize, track and sell all in one place. It has also been useful for my employees since they were able to learn the system quickly and receive their assignments without much trouble. Another big plus is being able to connect the program with my eCommerce platform which lets me depend on a single communication service.
Cons
I really do not have many complaints, aside from the amount of spam that still gets through. At times, spam messages end up mixed in with important emails which can be frustrating. With a bit of time and attention though, it has been getting easier to tell them apart.

“Powerful CRM at lower cost”
Pros
It delivers the same kind of power you get from well-known platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot but at a much lower price especially with Zoho One.

“Helps us reach potential buyers”
Pros
From a lead generation standpoint, this has been one of the most effective tools tied to our organization's marketing efforts. It helps us reach potential buyers for our products and gives us a direct way to follow up whenever they have additional questions. The integration with many third-party applications is also a big advantage since it helps move prospects through the process and turn them into satisfied customers.
Cons
It doesn't use standard deal terminology which makes workflow setup more confusing than it should be. A certain level of customization is helpful but there's also a point where too much of it starts to take away from the product's core value. I still think the CRM side has room to improve. That said, I'm generally able to use the campaigns, leads, contacts and accounts sections properly and those parts work well.

“Solid value for money”
Pros
At around $40 per user, it feels reasonably priced for what it offers. It handles all the core CRM tasks I need fairly well, including contact management, sales pipeline tracking, sales order management and invoicing.
Cons
The interface has always felt a little complex and it doesn't seem like that's likely to change anytime soon. One thing that really frustrates me is that people entering at the lead stage can't be automatically converted into contacts or prospects.

“Efficient lead management”
Pros
Our clients have been using it from the very beginning, ever since we started offering lead generation services to them. The CRM integration is fairly simple and works much like other CRM platforms. Managing leads is much more convenient because everything is stored in one place which makes it simpler for the sales team to stay on top of follow-ups. Sales tracking and automation are also strong features that really help this tool stand out and support the business in converting more leads.
Cons
The pricing feels a bit expensive for what's included in the feature set. Their pricing model could definitely use some adjustment.
