Lets me customize columns

Pros

The software lets me customize the columns based on what I need and I can also distribute leads to others directly from within the platform itself.

Cons

It also allows me to create lead forms for my website which cuts down the extra work of uploading data through Excel sheets.

Amazing email tools

Pros

Implementation is very simple because it guides you through the setup step by step. Clients with limited tech skills really appreciate that they can handle the process on their own and feel confident doing it. The email tools are especially strong for marketing and having them included at such a competitive price makes it a solid option for small to mid-sized businesses. Lead management is powerful and the forecasting features are reliable and accurate. There's also a free edition for very basic needs, while the Standard plan adds sales forecasting, email marketing, a library and a dashboard that's very user-friendly. If a business needs more advanced functionality, the Professional plan is worth considering at about $1 per day since it also includes workflow automation. Zoho also connects with a wide range of business apps and that list keeps growing, including many major event and meeting platforms. A quick visit to their website gives a clear picture of the different versions and everything each one includes.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about with this CRM. One limitation is that workflow automation is only included in the Professional plan. It would also be helpful to have the option to delete fields in client records since some setups only need a single field. Offline work can be challenging at times and the mobile app can occasionally feel unstable. More beginner-friendly tutorials for customization would also be a welcome improvement because the current options can feel overwhelming for new users.

Beautiful design

Pros

Right away, the beautiful design stood out to me and the whole platform feels very simple to use. The clean, minimal layout makes everything easier to manage and that simple view is honestly what impressed me most about the software.

Cons

A couple of things could still be improved though. The ZIA voice assistant feels like it needs more development and the workflow automation has some slight limitations.

Polished UX

Pros

Getting into the system is very convenient especially for lead generation and keeping database records organized which is really impressive. A lot of attention has clearly gone into the UI and UX and that gives the application a much stronger feel compared to other CRMs. It also offers plenty of other features that can be used to get the best possible results.

Cons

It does slow down a little at times when I open it across multiple tabs. Another minor frustration is that once the session expires, it signs me out from every open tab which can be a bit hectic. Other than that, everything else is pretty good.

Been a real help

Pros

Using this software has been a real help because it's simple to work with. I can add my leads, keep track of the pricing details they're on, set reminders for follow-up calls and even send emails directly from the CRM.

Cons

Something that could be better is the process for going back and reviewing sent emails. It would also help to have a more convenient way to resend emails when I don't get a response.

Improved a lot over time

Pros

After nearly five years of using it, I've seen how much it has improved over time. Overall, it's a solid option for small to mid-sized companies. One feature I really appreciated was the marketing automation especially how new leads coming in through a web form are instantly added to the CRM. It can even identify a lead if there has already been a previous interaction. Once the lead is captured, you can build out the record by filling in data fields and it's also possible to create custom fields based on what your business needs. I also thought it was quite practical to organize information across different departments in the company. I mainly used it as part of my day-to-day work in sales, where it helped me manage leads and monitor progress clearly. We didn't use it much for campaigns but more as a full CRM system. The reporting area is strong and I liked how much customization it offers. It really covers more than the average salesperson would typically need. They've also added new integrations recently and improved performance which was noticeable because it used to run a bit slowly in the earlier days.

Cons

At first glance, it looks like a mid-range product in terms of pricing. The issue is that once you want to extend it with extra features or add-ons, the additional charges can start adding up. That can push the overall cost much higher than expected. For a larger company, it may end up costing almost as much as some enterprise-level CRM platforms. Because of that, it's worth being very clear about your requirements before setting it up across the organization so the final price matches what you expect. The interface could also use some improvement to feel more user-friendly.

Cons

I honestly haven't run into many problems with the software. Their support team is available 24/7 and has been consistently reachable by email, chat or phone whenever needed.

Top choice for social media management

Pros

Zoho has been a game-changer for me. It makes it so easy to keep up with social media and helps my business grow and attract more leads. The integration with different social platforms is seamless, and it stays up to date with the latest trends, which I love. Scheduling posts for all my accounts helps me plan my marketing campaigns much better.

Cons

Unlike Instagram, the Twitter integration isn't as smooth as I'd like. Retweets don't always go through properly. Zoho also depends heavily on a strong, stable internet connection. If the connection is lost, any progress I made is wiped out and there's no option to save it to post later.

Ultimate marketing and advertising solution

Pros

Zoho is an all-in-one suite with powerful marketing tools that I find really helpful. It also integrates with social networking sites, making it easier for me to promote my brand more effectively.

Cons

I wish there were more options for themes, the existing ones are generic and not too impressive. I wish they work on that in future updates.

Agile and smart

Pros

It is super easy for my team to learn and set up. You don't have to spend a lot of time setting it up or learning how to use it, so getting started is really easy.

Cons

I think the main page is a little too simplistic and could use a better overview of the system’s capabilities.
