“Manages meetings, report analysis”
Pros
Keeping up with daily work has become much simpler because I can manage meetings, report analysis and attendance data all in one place. There's no need to jump between different websites for different tasks since everything I need can be done here. It feels very user-friendly and simple to use.
Cons
I haven't come across any downsides at this point and I'm happy I decided to go with it.

“Versatile and highly customizable”
Pros
I love how versatile it is. You can customize it to handle just about anything you need it to do.
Cons
The flip side of that flexibility is that you may need someone with the right expertise to build out exactly what you want. There don't seem to be many people who really know how to set things up properly so that part has been a bit challenging.

“One of the best CRM”
Pros
After using it for the last 3-5 years, I can honestly say it's one of the best CRM and client lead management tools I've worked with. The layout is clean and very simple to follow which makes it easy to understand right away. I've tried other CRMs that felt bulky and awkward but this one doesn't. I also use Zoho Mail and really love how simple it is to add users and manage them.
Cons
There's really not much I'd want to change or complain about. Once you get familiar with the platform, everything feels very fluid and smooth to use.

“Cuts down manual work”
Pros
Having this tool in place has cut down a lot of my manual work. It covers pretty much every marketing need I have, with features like a customizable CRM, campaigns and email automation. I've been using these tools for over a year now. It works well as a single platform for all my marketing activities and the setup is simple. After trying quite a few other programs, I found the campaigns module especially useful because the custom templates and scheduling options made my day-to-day work much simpler. The drag-and-drop feature in the forms builder is another highlight and integrating those forms with my website has been very simple.
Cons
A few plugins do not work completely well when connected to third-party software. On top of that, it does not allow customized SQL queries for databases through active connections. Integration could also be better for some apps especially social media tools like Hootsuite since marketing teams may want to track how well their social media posts are performing.

Cons

“Automation features save time”
Pros
Handling e-commerce tasks from the CRM dashboard is very convenient. Both pre-sale and after-sale default activities can be automated which saves a lot of time. All the important features are available right on the dashboard itself so there's no need to keep switching between different sections.
Cons
we're limited to using the templates provided in their list.

“Easy to pick up”
Pros
It is a very simple CRM platform that's easy to understand. It includes inventory management, offers a customizable CRM and also comes with campaign tools and email automation.
Cons
What feels a bit unnecessary is being asked for a phone number every time I log in and support can sometimes take longer than expected to respond.

“24/7 customer support”
Pros
Using it has been really simple from the start. It connects with a wide range of other tools which makes day-to-day work much more convenient and efficient. The 24/7 customer support is another big plus since it's quick to reach someone and get questions or issues resolved without much waiting.
Cons
Every now and then, one of the integrations may not work the way it should although it happens very rarely. In those cases, the user usually has to reconnect both tools again to get everything back on track.

“Simple and powerful interface”
Pros
The set up process is very simple which is the biggest advantage. The interface is simple yet powerful so just about anyone can begin using it without much effort.
Cons
It would be better if it offered more customization tailored to different industries.

“Support is always available”
Pros
Using it has been really easy. It's simple to work with, the 24/7 support is always there when needed and the system feels lightweight. It also doesn't consume much internet which is a big plus when the connection isn't the best.
Cons
Building things in Zoho can be more difficult than expected and the assignment rules sometimes get applied incorrectly. It also feels like setting it up properly is better handled by someone with prior experience.

“Cool self-service features”
Pros
From ticketing to live chat, this customer support platform covers everything we needed. It offers a full set of tools, including self-service features, CRM integration and a solid interface for managing support operations. The workflow automation is especially helpful because it handles repetitive manual tasks and lets us manage everything from simple requests to more complex cross-functional processes. It also makes it easy to stay on top of customer conversations across email, chat, phone social media and our company website.
Cons
The features and overall functionality have been excellent and I honestly haven't come across anything to dislike.

“Ideal CRM for personalization”
Pros
From day one, it felt like the ideal CRM for personalization. It brings together every part of customer and prospect management in one place, including marketing, projects social media, customer service, email marketing, inventory, HR management and workflow tools. I can track webinar participant interactions, add extra modules as the business grows and go far beyond the basics with workflows, custom fields and contact management. It also makes it especially simple to spot communications and clearly see where things stand with leads, deals and customers. Zoho syncs with a wide range of external systems and other IT products which creates a much more connected workflow and the APIs are there when you need to build custom integrations. Blueprint is a simple way to create tailored workflows and approvals and the platform even responds well to feedback. Across its products, there are plenty of smart suggestions built in. Overall, it's very user-friendly and the most cost-effective CRM I've used after trying many others. It's significantly cheaper than competitors, simple to install and setting up third-party connections is very manageable. The customer service is quite good, updates and new features arrive regularly and there are no real limitations on using the platform. In short, it's the best and strongest CRM I've come across.
Cons
A few of the products still don't feel as polished as the main Zoho platform. The AI assistant hasn't added much value for me and the subscription model is priced per user instead of by small groups of 5 to 10 users. Support is much better than it used to be but the quality can still vary depending on the person you reach. I'd also like to see more reminder options such as one-week or two-week reminders. Another issue is that the fonts are too large which makes it harder to view more information on a single page. On top of that, getting help could be more efficient and I was hoping for stronger accounting features and better calendar views.

“Works well across devices”
Pros
Getting into the program from different devices is convenient and being able to add extra features from the store makes it more adaptable. It also does a good job with data security, works across multiple device types and the overall cost stays fairly affordable.
Cons
It doesn't feel like the right fit for large companies and technical support can be slow to respond. The free and lower-priced plans are also pretty limited and some features require extra fees beyond the original package price. Another downside is that the help center still doesn't offer support in Arabic.

“Superb filtering options”
Pros
Running more than 4,000 clients through it has been completely trouble-free for us. The filtering options are excellent for quickly finding exactly who you need and there are plenty of other features that have become a real asset to our company.
Cons
As a smaller company, paying about $900 a month for it over the last two years does feel a bit expensive. Even so, it has been worth the cost which is why we've continued to keep our subscription active.

“Stands out”
Pros
Compared with other CRMs in this price range, this one really stands out. It feels close to the top competitors and in some situations it actually performs better. The biggest advantage is that you get all of that at a lower cost which makes it an amazing value for the price.
Cons
Every now and then it can be a little buggy but the issues are usually minor and nothing that can't be fixed.

“Diverse feature set”
Pros
There's a lot you can accomplish with it and it gives us the flexibility to handle just about anything we need. The feature set is extensive on its own and it opens up even more possibilities when you connect it with other apps in the suite.
Cons
It took our team a few months to fully figure out how the software works. At first, we assumed the placeholder modules that came with the account were just default filler and removed them but they actually serve a purpose.

“Free plan covers everything”
Pros
From free all the way up to enterprise, they offer plans for every stage. The free version already covers most of what a small business needs so it works really well for us.
Cons
Honestly, no complaints here since the free version handles our needs and even gives us more than we expected.
