“Simple to manage”
Pros
It's simple to use and it also comes with several extra functions that I do make use of from time to time.
Cons
It can be a little slow at times although it's not a constant issue.

“Impressive data analysis capabilities”
Pros
The UX and user interaction tools are really well done. The tracking features work very well and the forecasting and data analysis capabilities are especially useful.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real complaints about the software. The daily updates keep it current and bring in the changes that are needed.

“Central web-based platform”
Pros
Running everything from a single web-based platform makes customer relationship management and marketing much more organized. It lets you stay connected with both current and potential clients, manage leads and pipelines and send personalized marketing content to the customers who are most engaged. Setup is simple and since it's an omnichannel platform, it can be customized to match different business needs. The platform is user-friendly overall which makes it a strong fit for almost any organization.
Cons
Getting started does take quite a bit of customization and while it offers many features, the depth of that functionality starts to feel limited as your needs grow more advanced.

“Cheaper than other systems”
Pros
Compared with the CRM tools we used before, this one is priced more reasonably. It also works well on mobile devices which helps me stay connected to my work in a flexible and fast way. The sales automation tracker is also useful because it gives real-time updates on progress and the leads being generated.
Cons
A few of the tools still feel like they need more development before they are fully mature. Some features keep running into errors and do not deliver the results I need so I ended up giving up on those tools and using other third-party software through integrations instead.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
The interface is clean which makes it much simpler to learn and start using. The pricing plans are also excellent compared with competing products.
Cons
Custom fields are somewhat limited. There is a free plan available but third-party integrations are not included for free users.

“Logs calls and emails”
Pros
Everything I need for managing accounts, leads, contacts and sales opportunities is kept in one place which makes day-to-day work much more organized. It also logs calls and emails automatically and the reporting and analytics are put together really well. Being able to separate hot leads from cold leads is also very useful.
Cons
The interface takes a bit of time to understand because it feels somewhat complicated at first. Customer support can be slow to respond and setting up integrations with Google Sheets and HubSpot is a little more complex than it should be.

“Fantastic for keeping leads organized”
Pros
Started using it mainly to keep my leads organized and it has been fantastic for that. After spending more time with it, I also began using it for marketing because the CRM comes with a lot of useful functionality.
Cons
It works really well for medium-sized and large organizations but it is not the best fit for small businesses. The pricing and feature set can feel less suitable for smaller-scale enterprises.

“Good experience of 2 years”
Pros
Been using these apps for the past two years and they've worked really well for me. They're simple to use and keep all the data organized in one place. One of the most useful features is being able to create filtered reports. I also really value the product costing system since it helps me clearly see how much was spent on a product and how much profit we made from it.
Cons
Honestly, everything works well overall but there's still room to improve by taking ideas from other software and adding more features. For example, it would be very helpful if payroll were included in the accounting system so anyone needing payroll could manage both accounting and payroll together in one system.

“Helpful for building a client pipeline”
Pros
Getting this up and running was simple and it does an excellent job of making our day-to-day tasks more manageable. It's been especially helpful for building a client pipeline and the timely reminders keep everything on track when it matters most.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into any issues at all. The software has been working flawlessly for us.

“Dynamic and simple”
Pros
Very dynamic and simple to work with, there honestly wasn't just one thing I liked most because a lot of it worked really well.
Cons
There are just too many moving parts and the company is extremely aggressive with unfair contract terms. They hold you to every tiny detail with absolutely no flexibility, even when something happened by mistake or was caused on their end. It also feels like accounting is in charge of everything there, even the programming side.

“Convenient mobile access”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very simple and being able to work from mobile devices is a big plus. On top of that, the level of customization available is huge.
Cons
It can be buggy at times and the support quality hasn't been very good. If you're not technical at all and need to roll out a full system, it's probably better to bring in an IT partner to handle the deployment for you.

“Hard to use and customize”
Pros
there wasn't much about this software that I really liked.
Cons
From the start, this software felt very difficult to use and customize. I wasn't involved in choosing or purchasing it and I definitely would have preferred a different option. Even as a regular user just working on assigned tasks, it was still hard to navigate. Later, when I became part of the admin team, I still struggled to use it the way I wanted. The setup process was frustrating and a lot of the features that were presented as included ended up requiring extra paid add-ons.

“Simple yet capable”
Pros
It feels simple yet it still packs plenty of capability. It comes with multiple subscription tiers so you can choose and pay only for what actually fits your needs. The interface is attractive and the user-friendly features make it a platform your sales team will genuinely enjoy working with.
Cons
For a small or mid-sized business comparing CRM options, Zoho can feel a bit expensive overall, not because the features are lacking but just in general pricing terms. Since the cost is charged per user, expenses can add up quickly if you are on a higher-tier plan and also rely on paid connectors especially as your sales team grows.

“Buggy CRM with terrible support”
Pros
The price is about the only advantage right now but it really feels like you get what you pay for and not much more.
Cons
Between the poor support and the number of bugs, this product feels like it was built by technical teams without much real business understanding. They keep rolling out more modules and that just seems to cause other parts of the system to break. Instead of pushing new add-ons, they really need to focus on improving the CRM and making it stable. A lot of things simply do not make sense. We use CRM, Desk and Campaigns every day and they are nowhere near as smoothly integrated as they should be. Mail is basically useless so we still rely on Outlook and send emails manually instead of doing it from the CRM. And if a contact opts out of marketing emails like newsletters, you cannot email them directly from the CRM at all which is a huge flaw and just one of many problems in the software.

“Big help for us”
Pros
From day one, this platform has been a big help for both me and my team. It has made our work much more manageable. We can capture leads quickly and upload them without hassle, then send bulk emails right away after the upload. Scheduling emails based on the client's time zone is also very convenient and setting reminders for follow-up emails helps us stay on top of communication. Keeping track of leads and sent emails is simple and dividing leads by team or by individual is very practical. The search and filter option at the top works really well too so finding anything only takes a minute.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about this software. Even the integration with other platforms like Gmail works really well which means you can track your emails through your Gmail account too. It feels like getting two benefits in one.

“Connected tools that work together”
Pros
Using the full Zoho suite has been really worthwhile. Everything connects well and as a user I get access to a lot of linked features that I'd otherwise have to juggle across several different apps.
Cons
It definitely comes with a learning curve though. You can't expect to automate or manage everything in a single day and getting the full setup in place takes a fair amount of time. In my case, it took about two weeks.

“Ideal for small businesses”
Pros
It feels very user-friendly. You don't need any coding knowledge to put together a strong client management system because the platform handles most of the heavy lifting for you. It's especially valuable for smaller teams and businesses that don't have the time or budget to bring on multiple project managers, analysts and similar roles. With its built-in templates and integrations, it helps small teams stay on top of client relationships and manage leads effectively.
Cons
There's very little to complain about but it includes so many tools and resources that it can be tough to learn everything it offers. At this point, it feels like we're still not taking full advantage of all the features simply because the platform is so packed with functionality.
