“Incredible capabilities”
Pros
Packed with many of the same capabilities you'd expect from better-known CRMs and it can be shaped to fit your workflow even if that setup takes some time.
Cons
I'm still working out the best place for notes and data between contacts, accounts and deals. It's really frustrating that notes don't always carry over the way they should.

“Interactive interface”
Pros
The usability is one of the best parts. The interface feels very interactive and setting up or customizing the product around a customer's specific needs is pretty simple.

“Helps deliver better customer service”
Pros
It helps me deliver better customer service to my clients and that has made a real difference in my work. With this tool, I'm able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time without much trouble. It's a complete platform with advanced features and it has also had a positive impact on our finances. When we close a lead, we can clearly see the ratio of products sold to that client which helps us adjust our profit margins when needed.
Cons
Overall, I'm happy with what this tool offers and I don't really have any major complaints about it. The service has been excellent. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that some important features are missing from the more affordable plans and are only available if you move up to a higher-priced option.

“Price feels fair”
Pros
Setup is quick and having access to all the major applications in one place has been a big plus. The pricing feels fair for what's included and the security features give me confidence using it day to day.
Cons
Support could definitely be better and I've run into a few glitches here and there. Other than that, I really don't have any major complaints.

“Easy to tailor”
Pros
Getting it set up and tailored for a client is fairly simple. Adding lead capture to your own website is also quite manageable. It's simple to search, look up and customize lead information and the funnel chart is especially impressive.
Cons
Even though the platform offers customization options, most lead custom fields are limited to plain text and don't allow extra validation. CRM integration itself is fairly direct but the API feels complex to work with.

“Affordable email solution”
Pros
It has been the best and most affordable email solution for us. We also rely on Zoho Remote Assist all the time and it has become an essential part of our day-to-day work.
Cons
I don't see any downsides. Zoho delivers its features at a very high level and I can't really point to any cons.

“Broad integrations”
Pros
After using quite a few CRM tools, this tool ranks among the best for me. It offers a broad range of integrations, is simple to use and set up and includes advanced features for automating workflows and managing both the sales cycle and customer relationships. Considering the price of Zoho CRM, it really feels like a bargain and delivers excellent value for the money.
Cons
Mobile app can be better. It would be much better if it included more of the features available in the web version because right now it feels very basic compared with some other mobile CRM apps.

“Best value by far”
Pros
After testing a few different CRM platforms, it has been the best value by far. The Gmail integration is a big plus since that's the email system I use every day. The pipelines work really well and they've made my workflow much more organized than it was before. I also appreciate how much flexibility there is when it comes to customizing fields and flows.
Cons
I'd still want a better way to export specific items. That said, I'm fairly sure the software can probably do what I need if I spend a little more time figuring it out.

“Flexible connected apps”
Pros
I really appreciate how expandable and flexible the connected apps are. It lets me integrate everything pretty smoothly which has been a big plus.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve involved. Since I switched over from another CRM, Zoho felt pretty unfamiliar at first and really stood out.

“Can customize it quite a bit”
Pros
It is very flexible and you can customize or program it quite a bit if you have someone who really knows the product. Zoho One also delivers excellent value for the price.
Cons
The platform can feel a little complex, almost like a budget version of Salesforce. The user experience could definitely use work especially when you compare it with some of the bigger names in this space. That said, it's affordable so if you can live with some awkwardness, you still get a lot for what you pay.

“Decent range of features”
Pros
Implementation takes some work but once the setup and configuration are done, it becomes a really solid tool. Right out of the box, it offers a decent range of features, even though it feels more focused on managing a sales pipeline. Where it really shines is in how customizable it is especially if you have the time, patience and know-how to tailor it to your needs.
Cons
It can feel pretty confusing until you spend time digging into how everything works. The configuration process is complex and fairly complicated so there is definitely a learning curve. Reporting is also not very user-friendly to use although it does perform well once you finally figure out the correct way to work with it.

“Free plan for up to 10 users”
Pros
Right out of the gate, it offers a free plan for up to 10 users which is a big plus. The feature set is really solid for small and midsize businesses and the marketing tools are especially powerful and useful.
Cons
Workflow automation is locked behind the Professional tier. For SMEs, that's more of a necessity than an extra so it ends up pushing you to upgrade and increasing the overall cost.

“Lead generation, workflow management and email management”
Pros
Getting started with it is very simple and to me it ranks among the best workflow software out there. Three features especially won me over, lead generation, workflow management and email management.
Cons
It does so many different things that it's actually difficult to single out one primary purpose for the software.

“Not user-friendly”
Pros
One thing Zoho has going for it is the price. You get a fairly powerful tool without spending much which makes it a solid option for newer companies that aren't ready for HubSpot or Salesforce yet but still need a way to capture and track contact data until they can move to a more full-featured CRM.
Cons
At the same time, it feels more like a dressed-up database interface than a polished CRM. The design isn't very appealing, it's not user-friendly and it can be frustrating to use. Oddly enough, it also doesn't connect very well with other Zoho products.

Pros
It has been a really budget-friendly option for my small business and the storage choices work well for users. It also supports multiple email domains which has been very useful.
Cons

“Tracks sales performance effectively”
Pros
It consistently offers a solid way for businesses to generate more leads, speed up sales and track sales performance effectively. The part I appreciate most is its collaborative, user-friendly tools that support different functions like customer service, marketing and automated responses which have been very helpful.
Cons
