“Perfect for small sized companies
Pros
It works as a self hosted solution which is perfect for smaller companies like ours. Also the gamification features are fantastic and something you won't typically get with the bigger, expensive CRM platforms right out of the gate.
Cons
The only downside I have found is they charge extra for customer support assistance but other than that I really dont have any complaints about it.

“Great CRM software
Pros
I like that this tool helps me visualize and manage my sales processes and deals. The reporting features are fantastic too as I can easily create and share reports with 3D charts, pie graphs, donuts and lots of other visual options that make data presentation much more engaging.
Cons
Sometimes it just stops responding when we need it most.

“Customizable CRM that works great
Pros
This is definitely one of the best open source CRMs out there. The customization options are amazing letting me track everything and boost my productivity. It is a solid, reliable system that handles anything I throw at it.
Cons
There are some minor bugs here and there but honestly they dont really cause any major issues. Also the backend team addresses these small glitches when they get a chance. Sometimes it lags a bit but that's pretty rare.

What I love most is that it is open source so anyone can grab it and start using it right away. The interface looks really clean and the interactive gaming features make it engaging to work with.

“Techies will love this open-source CRM
Pros
Overall this CRM is pretty decent and most people found it easy to navigate. Our IT team was excited about the open source feature though it did not really matter much to the rest of us.
Cons
Honestly nothing comes to my mind when I think of cons but it just felt like another generic choice without any standout features that made it worth considering over other options.

“Surprisingly it is amazing
Pros
The interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support has been excellent whenever I needed help and overall it's been a smooth experience.
Cons
The software has some bugs that pop up occasionally and I have noticed it can lag or become unresponsive when I am trying to get things done.

Pros
It's easy to use right away with plenty of options for tracking project progress. I also found the interface clean and user friendly. I would definitely recommend this to smaller businesses looking for a simple, effective solution.
Cons
I think the free version has limited support and the updates for the free version lag behind the paid one.

Pros
The interface is really simple and packed with features that make project tracking a fun task. Plus there are lots of options available which is perfect for keeping everything organized. So I would definitely recommend this for small businesses looking for something comprehensive yet manageable.
Cons
Well the free version does not get much support and updates always come way later than the paid version which is pretty frustrating when we stuck waiting.
