“Full-service solution for complex rentals”
Pros
Handling 16 properties, the full-service package was absolutely the right choice for us. It supported us all the way through, from the initial design to getting the functionality where it needed to be. We also brought in someone to help write the website copy. Out of all the web design options we looked at, this was the only team that really understood how to connect with our PMS and keep up with the constant stream of new technology in our industry. We're very happy we didn't choose an independent freelance web designer instead.
Cons
Getting everything right was definitely a process and it took about four months before the site was where we wanted it. After launch, we still ran into a few other issues that needed to be addressed. Their help system can also be slow, with resolutions sometimes taking a week or longer. That said, they do seem to be making improvements and we're looking forward to the new 3.0 site they're developing.
