Pros

The interface makes it possible to respond to customer needs right away which I really appreciate.

Cons

My employers don't really know how to use all of the available features. It would help to offer training courses for management.

Excellent customer interaction tool!

Pros

Customer interaction tools and the review format worked really well for us and have been excellent to use.

Cons

Mass email functionality isn't very strong so we still have to rely on another vendor for that.

Customer texting changed my business

Pros

I can text customers when they need help and i can also use it for marketing.. this has been really valuable.

Cons

There isn't a mass texting option available.

quick customer lookup Function!

Pros

Handling payments is simple and pulling up customer details is one of the best parts of it. I can quickly find everything from phone numbers to quotes and addresses and the system is very user-friendly overall.

Cons

It seems to update almost every day, my team uses it on their phones and after those updates, the mobile version can look quite different from what we see on the computer.

All inquiries in one place

Pros

Every potential customer inquiry from all the different communication channels is gathered into one organized, centralized space makes managing and responding to leads much more efficient. this really helps me stay organized

Cons

It still doesn't integrate with Angi's List (Home Advisor).

customer-friendly and effective

Pros

Tool was simple for our team and our customers to use. We've had it in place since 2019 and it has made a big difference for our clients and it helps us reply faster, connect with people in the way that works best for them and it has also boosted our Google reviews which has helped new clients discover us online.

Cons

Haven't explored the mass texting or campaign features yet but I'd really like the option to send one message to a large group of leads about a promotion or sale. I also think Broadly should send review requests more often during that first week of service.

Love the review filtering

Pros

I really appreciate how it separates positive and negative customer reviews.. this gives us a chance to address unhappy feedback before it ends up on social media. We can really turn situations around early.

Good software!

Pros

Live chat has been a really nice part of using this software. It's simple to use and makes conversations quick and convenient.

Cons

Helps us stay connected everywhere

Pros

It's so much easier to stay in touch with our customers now. Since it works on both our computers and phones, our small team can stay connected with each other and with customers no matter where we are. It really helps the day-to-day basics feel more smooth.

Cons

The downside is the technical hiccups and bugs. The mobile app is especially inconsistent and it seems to need constant updates while still not working properly every time. It can be pretty finicky and frustrating to deal with.

not the product promised

Pros

Honestly I'm just confused. only their Reps have responded nicely

Cons

The service I was originally sold isn't the same one we're actually using now. At this point, it seems to focus only on Google even though when we signed up with this platform, reviews were supposed to switch between whichever platform the customer used most often. also, there's no way to remove former employees from the reports.

five-star reputation boost

Pros

A lot of people tend to rely on Google reviews first so having our overall rating sitting close to a perfect 5 stars has been a big advantage. I hear all the time from customers that they're really impressed by how high our rating is and that reflects well on our business as we keep aiming for excellence.

Cons

Everything has been working as expected overall and I really don't have any issues with the features to point out.

Review management tool is good

Pros

Simple to use and it's a really useful tool for keeping track of and managing online reviews.

Cons

One thing I preferred in the older Broadly setup was that after a customer was invited to leave a review, it would go to the platform first. That gave us a chance to address or defuse a complaint before it was posted publicly.

Pros

The results showed up right away. We brought in more than 15 new reviews in the first month alone and it also adds an appointment confirmation inside our shop software that's simple to locate.

Cons
