Pros
Handling payments is simple and pulling up customer details is one of the best parts of it. I can quickly find everything from phone numbers to quotes and addresses and the system is very user-friendly overall.
Cons
It seems to update almost every day, my team uses it on their phones and after those updates, the mobile version can look quite different from what we see on the computer.

Tool was simple for our team and our customers to use. We've had it in place since 2019 and it has made a big difference for our clients and it helps us reply faster, connect with people in the way that works best for them and it has also boosted our Google reviews which has helped new clients discover us online.
Cons
Haven't explored the mass texting or campaign features yet but I'd really like the option to send one message to a large group of leads about a promotion or sale. I also think Broadly should send review requests more often during that first week of service.

It's so much easier to stay in touch with our customers now. Since it works on both our computers and phones, our small team can stay connected with each other and with customers no matter where we are. It really helps the day-to-day basics feel more smooth.
Cons
The downside is the technical hiccups and bugs. The mobile app is especially inconsistent and it seems to need constant updates while still not working properly every time. It can be pretty finicky and frustrating to deal with.

The service I was originally sold isn't the same one we're actually using now. At this point, it seems to focus only on Google even though when we signed up with this platform, reviews were supposed to switch between whichever platform the customer used most often. also, there's no way to remove former employees from the reports.

A lot of people tend to rely on Google reviews first so having our overall rating sitting close to a perfect 5 stars has been a big advantage. Simple to use and it's a really useful tool for keeping track of and managing online reviews.
Cons
One thing I preferred in the older Broadly setup was that after a customer was invited to leave a review, it would go to the platform first. That gave us a chance to address or defuse a complaint before it was posted publicly.
