Overall it's a very interesting tool with lots of features and it's simple to use when it comes to generating more sales. I really love it and would definitely recommend it.

Pros
The best part is being able to send a review request to a customer right away when they mention they had a positive experience. Another thing that works well is that every team member can see the conversations others have had with customers which gives the whole team clear visibility.
Cons

Pros
I loved the SMS/text and email functionality they have. The portal is very simple to use and customers seem to really enjoy being able to respond by text since it's fast and convenient. It's also a big plus that the software connects with my pest control scheduling and billing software.
Cons
The part I'm not a fan of is that I can't send invoices or link my payment processing through it. I do notice there is an option available for sending customer invoices.

Pros
After using this tool for around three years, i'd say it helped me stand apart from my competitors. Their team assisted with the setup so my positive reviews are automatically published to my website and that has made a real difference. When potential clients are comparing options, those reviews have often been what convinces them to choose me. Another feature I've appreciated a lot is that the platform can generate a short reply to a review to thank the customer. That kind of acknowledgment matters because it shows clients their feedback was seen and valued. Of course, I should respond personally whenever I can but it's incredibly helpful to have that handled when I'm not able to get to it right away.
Cons
Like most platforms, there was a bit of a learning curve at first when it came to getting comfortable with the dashboard. Once I spent some time with it, though, I got the hang of it and now it's not an issue.

“A good addition!”
Pros
For me, the reviews section worked out pretty well. Being able to see what our customers are saying every day and week after week has given us valuable insight and it has genuinely helped us learn, improve and grow.
Cons
Only area I'm less excited about is the online chat side. Since the garage door business is very specialized, it's tough to respond to every question online right away on our own and if the platform handles those conversations, we worry they may not have the specific industry knowledge needed.

Pros
It's been really helpful for reaching out to customers, answering their questions and setting up appointments. We've also seen an increase in our Google reviews and it has made collecting payments from customers much more convenient.
Cons
There's no longer a way to stop negative reviews. It would also be helpful if Broadly allowed partial credits for customers who make payments through the platform.

Getting new team members up to speed is incredibly simple so they can start using it right away and contribute without needing much training.
Cons
My only challenge is that automated review requests are tough for us when invoices often aren't paid until months after the job is finished because insurance handles the billing. So theres a lot of checking i have to do

I like how hands-off the automated results are. It does a lot of the work in the background which makes the whole process convenient and effective.
Cons
The follow-up automation can be frustrating for clients and there's no simple way to turn it off across the board without manually adjusting it for each person. It really should have an option to stop contacting anyone who has already left a positive review. Once someone has posted a review on Google, continuing to ask them for Yelp and Facebook reviews just feels annoying and unnecessary.

Cons

My experience was fantastic. On the very first day we rolled it out, both of our locations brought in at least a dozen 5-star reviews. We had never really figured out the best way to ask customers for reviews and this has made a huge difference for our team. I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
Unless I'm overlooking it,there is a place to view Yelp and Facebook reviews as well. Right now, when I open the Review tab, I only see Google reviews. Even with that, it's still an amazing product.
