Easy customer messaging

Pros

Entering customer details is super simple with it and being able to respond right away and send messages back to that same customer without any wait has been the biggest benefit for me.

Cons

I haven't worked with it long enough to really judge the downsides yet. I also wasn't involved in the initial setup so I'm only speaking from the perspective of someone using it day to day.

email alerts are really handy

Pros

Messages going straight to my email is really convenient for me and helps me keep track of everything in one place.

Cons

They lack follow-up emails. If I miss a message, I sometimes forget to reply so a reminder email a few hours later would be really helpful.

Amazing payment request feature

Pros

Their payment request feature has been fantastic and the biggest highlight for me is all the positive reviews we've been receiving.

Improved out customer communications

Pros

Communication with our customers has been really good.

Cons

The refresh behavior doesn't seem to work properly. I'll get alerts in the notification window but the main screen doesn't update to show that I still have a message waiting.

Satisfied with it!

Pros

A game changer for our business. Because of it, we've built up so many positive reviews that customers can quickly look through which has been incredibly helpful. It integrated smoothly with our existing software and that was critical for us. And also being able to message customers through the platform has turned out to be an added bonus I didn't fully appreciate at first but it's been extremely useful.

Cons

I can't really "pause" the service during the winter months when we're not operating but even that isn't much of a concern.

a centralized social messaging hub

Pros

It's a huge plus for us that we can have Facebook and Instagram conversations in one centralized place.

Cons

The marketing campaign tools still feel limited and replying through the main platform does not clear notifications on the other channels.

Boosts our google score

Pros

One thing that has made a real impact is how it lets us ask customers about their experience first and when the feedback is positive, it prompts them to leave a Google review. That process has made a huge difference in improving our Google scores.

Cons

Haven't been using every feature and dont have anything bad to say.. but I do plan to explore more of them.

texting and photos are fantastic

Pros

So I can text customers and it's fantastic!! There are plenty of times when sending a photo is much simpler and a lot clearer than trying to explain everything over the phone.

Cons

One thing I'd change is how the review requests go out automatically when a new contact is added to the system. If we forget to uncheck that box, the customer gets a review request before we've even done any work for them.

Great sms chat tool

Pros

This is an amazing software for us. The platform is user-friendly for my entire staff and it takes less than 10 minutes for someone to figure out how to use it. My favorite feature is the SMS chat tool because it really helps us stay in touch with people and capture more leads.

Pros

Our team relies on it all year long for letting clients reach us after business hours, send photos and request reviews. Those features are in constant use for us!

Cons

The only thing I'd change is the auto-reply message--I wish we could personalize it with our own business information.

Pros

We can message customers directly which is great and they can reach me just as easily. I also love having the option to request reviews from each customer whenever needed.

Excellent fit for small businesses

Pros

Broadly makes it really simple for customers to reach us. We can send quotes, book reservations and respond to questions even when no one is at the building. It also automatically sends review requests to every platform we've connected through Broadly. I'd definitely recommend it to other small businesses!
