“SMS replies are super convenient”
Pros
The SMS feature thats built in is a big plus for me because guests can reply quickly without having to jump back into an internet browser. It makes communication feel much more accessible and convenient.
Cons
The response time could definitely be improved and the bugs with automatic messages still need attention. Sometimes those messages go out way later than they're supposed to and in some cases they don't send at all.

Onboarding is fast and adding new locations is quick and uncomplicated in this platform, i really like it
Cons
It does miss a few smaller details that end up mattering a lot. After a customer already leaves a review, the system still keeps asking for another one, without making it clear that the request is meant for a different platform.

This tool actually built my website and it gets really positive feedback from people online. While prospects are looking through the photos and past reviews, I often receive direct emails from them right away. I regularly ask people what they think of the site and the response is usually the same ,they ended up calling me because of it.
Cons
It might help to get a little more location information from people during the first contact.
