“Fantastic UX upgrade”
Pros
The updated UX is really well done and still very user-friendly to navigate. Even after the major refresh, it avoids that frustrating "whole new world" feeling a lot of platforms create, where suddenly it becomes hard to find your way around your own system.
Cons
The reports panel feels a bit crowded at times though it's still one of the better reporting tabs I've come across. Most of the starred reports make sense and seem genuinely useful for IT teams.

Pros
There's a lot built into this platform and it feels very powerful overall. It lets you organize assets by location and the nested asset feature is especially useful for tracking data center racks along with the equipment inside them.
Cons
Getting the most out of it takes some time. It's a powerful and fairly complex application so there's definitely a learning curve and setting it up correctly isn't something that happens right away.

What really stands out is how responsive the support and account team have been. They're helpful, quick to respond and it's clear they pay attention to user feedback. The product also gets updated regularly, with new improvements being rolled out often and it feels like customer suggestions are genuinely taken into consideration.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit complex at times and not always fully thought through. Some of the wording could also be clearer since there are moments where it's hard to tell what is meant or what the optimal option is.
