“muffled calls and poor clarity”
Pros
It's useful that the app lets me keep track of calls, voicemails and similar activity all in one place.
Cons
Call quality has been a big problem. The audio sounds muffled and conversations are not consistently clear whether I'm connected to Wi-Fi or using mobile data.

“costly plan with no credit”
Pros
Honestly, I barely ended up using it because the way it worked never felt comfortable to me so I just didn't continue with it.
Cons
There was a delay when answering the phone before getting connected which was frustrating. The cost was also a problem especially since you have to pay for the full year upfront. I canceled halfway through the year but they refused to give me any credit back. I hardly used the service during the two years I paid for it and they still would not refund or credit the remaining six months after cancellation. On top of that, texting requires going through a verification process to prove you are not spamming and I do not run into that issue with my Verizon service.

“misleading number ownership”
Pros
Right at the start, the setup looks very simple and user-friendly.
Cons
The problem is that they offer numbers they don't actually own and once the free trial ends, customers can't even purchase the number they've been using for the past 7 days.

“lost voicemails and no help”
Pros
I appreciated that the app was meant to keep all of my voicemails together in one place.
Cons
After I paid, they suddenly canceled my service, saying they were concerned my usage was criminal. Because of that, I lost 14 irreplaceable and deeply valuable voicemails. Customer support did absolutely nothing to help me recover them. They also never sent any email or notice that my account had been closed so for weeks I had no idea the voicemails were gone. On top of that, edits made in the app can take up to 20 minutes to show up. Overall, it was a terrible waste of time and I honestly wish I had never come across this service.

“useful features that deliver”

It comes with several practical, in-demand features that are genuinely helpful and simple to use.

“cheap but too unreliable”
Pros
Only real upside was the price, it was extremely low cost compared to other options on the market.
Cons
Between the desktop and mobile apps constantly being unreliable, people on our team ended up relying on call forwarding instead. That added extra delay and made call quality worse. There are also no CRM integrations which was a big limitation for us. Support was basically no help at all and they kept referring us to a support portal for current and past inquiries that account holders can't even access anymore. On top of that, the security feels far too weak when a simple 4-digit PIN is enough to make changes to the account.

“flexible routing and useful trial”
Pros
Free trial was a big reason this app appealed to me and if I ended up using it more regularly, I'd definitely consider paying for it. It seems especially valuable for business use since, for a bit of extra money, you can even add a robotic answering service along with really great call routing features and support options.
Cons
There is a monthly cost, from what I remember but it feels worth it for business purposes and possibly even for some personal use.

“voicemail transcripts are fantastic”
Pros
This has been a really good fit for us. Since we run a camp with multiple locations, being able to route callers to the specific program they're asking about has been incredibly helpful. I also love the voicemail feature, messages are transcribed into text and emailed out which makes it much easier to send different call routes to the right people. On top of that, being able to read what the missed caller needed helps us make sure the right staff member follows up.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that when a call gets forwarded to a mobile line, it displays the system's number instead of the actual caller's number. Because of that, you sometimes have to answer without really knowing who's calling.

“works well for outbound calls”
Pros
We only use this for outbound calling to confirm and reschedule patient appointments and up to this point it has been doing the job well.
Cons
It doesn't really offer any extra features and that part honestly kind of sucks.

“unauthorized charges after cancellation”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the setup process is quick and simple.
Cons
I cancelled my subscription in December 2022 yet the company charged my credit card again in January 2023. On top of that, they add extra charges without any notice. It feels completely dishonest and scammy.

“reliable voicemail for client work”
Pros
Running a service-based business means we're often out on client sites so having dependable voicemail to catch customer calls is really important. This service has been reliable for us and does the job well.
Cons
I'd prefer pricing based on the number of calls received. Our business is seasonal and call volume goes up and down at different times of the year.

“useful calling tools but texting problems”
Pros
Having call blasting, business open and close hours, instant responses and customizable voicemail messages has been really helpful for managing communication.
Cons
The pricing is not actually the advertised $26. With the $10 call blasting add-on, I end up paying $55 and there are plenty of extra fees on top of that. Text messaging also hardly works reliably, I get an error about half the time when sending texts or photos to customers and the bigger problem is that they do not seem interested in fixing it.

“flexible call routing and texting”
Pros
After two weeks of using it, a few things already stand out in a really positive way. Moving our existing number over was very easy which made the setup much less stressful. I also really appreciate being able to configure all of the call routing ourselves since it gives us a lot more control. The text voicemail feature has been another part I've really been enjoying.
Cons
The only thing that seems to be missing is the ability to send outgoing faxes. Right now, it only supports incoming faxes and that's really my only complaint.

“unlimited calling is a standout”
Pros
One of the things I appreciate most is its ability to handle unlimited calls and that's usually one of the strongest features it offers.

“ongoing billing scam”
Pros
Back in 2021, I attempted to cancel this service yet the company is still trying to bill my credit card. It feels completely dishonest and scammy.
Cons
Dealing with it took way too much time and I ended up missing a lot of calls because of it. Their system also didn't justify the price at all.

“helpful free trial option”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about this software is the free trial. It gives people a chance to try it out first and if they decide it is not for them, they can simply cancel without any hassle.
Cons
The downside is that the software feels a bit pricey once the free trial ends. Small business owners who are still working with limited budgets may find it hard to afford which means they might miss out on the benefits it offers.

“toll-free calling that delivers”
Pros
Having one toll-free number along with separate extensions for team members across the country has worked out really well for us. The app is simple to use which means we can stay on top of calls wherever we are and don't have to be sitting at a computer to return calls from the company number.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any downsides. For a small business, this system has been very efficient and handles everything we need it to do.
