“confusing system and wasted money”
Pros
Honestly, nothing at all. The platform is basically useless if you don't already know how to work your way around it.
Cons
This system is not user-friendly at all and the tech support I got was not very helpful either. I was charged $163 for a single month yet I didn't receive one call and couldn't even print the numbers because the system was so hard to understand. There's also no refund policy and offering three months free feels pointless when the platform is too confusing to actually use. I definitely would not recommend it, paying that much just to end up with a few numbers was a complete waste.

“smart routing”
Pros
Every caller gets a professional, upbeat greeting along with a menu or directory that helps connect them to the right person consistently. Call forwarding works without issues and the voicemail transcripts are a really nice touch. It's also a scalable option that fits small companies well as they continue to grow.
Cons
Extra add-ons can increase the overall cost of using the product pretty quickly.

“buggy app”
Pros
One thing that worked well was being able to connect to my business line through the mobile app which made it convenient to stay reachable. The customer support team was also quick to respond and I appreciated that whenever I needed help.
Cons
Cost felt high for what was offered especially since I barely got any useful analytics out of it. On top of that, the desktop software was somewhat buggy and the app would occasionally log me out on its own which caused me to miss calls.

“fantastic call routing and support”
Pros
This product made a big difference for our company with reliable, user-friendly call routing for everyone on the team. It has cut down our very expensive office phone bills and, on top of that, lets employees handle calls directly from their cell phones or computers. The customer support has been outstanding as well. I made a mistake while adding and removing an employee and when I called, they didn't just explain the fix, they took care of it for me. That level of support and training really stands out to me. Showing someone how something works while also respecting their time is a huge advantage especially nowadays.
Cons
My only real issue was getting our office number released from the previous carrier which ended up taking much longer than I expected. A few of the online instructions could have been clearer too. That said, whenever I called support, they were very helpful and walked me through everything over the phone.

“useful features but tough onboarding”
Pros
The set of features it offers is genuinely useful for a business. It's fairly simple overall yet still gets the job done efficiently.
Cons
Getting it up and running for the business was challenging at first but after that initial setup was handled, it became much easier to continue using.

“awful wi-fi calling issues”
Pros
It's very simple to use and there's no need for any extra equipment.
Cons
Call quality is poor overall and the Wi-Fi calling is especially bad. They say they don't change the caller ID but that hasn't matched what I've seen. The exact same calls show the caller's published name on my mobile device yet when they come through this service, I usually only get the number and only rarely see the name.

“flexible calling across devices”
Pros
This tool is very easy to use. They offer both a web client and a mobile app which makes it convenient to place outgoing calls and handle incoming ones from either option.
Cons
The VoIP pricing is higher than some competitors but it still works really well when you need to use it with multiple numbers.

“affordable and user-friendly setup”
Pros
Easy to use tool and adding new employees with an extension takes hardly any effort. The pricing is also quite reasonable compared with the other options we looked at.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the desktop app, it doesn't show which extension was dialed. If several extensions are routed to you, that makes it hard to know what the call is about before you answer.

“remote calling convenience”
Pros
I've found the option to use my cell phone for work really helpful especially since I work remotely most of the time. It keeps my business and personal calls separate and the voice announcement when a call comes in is especially useful because it lets me know right away that it's a business call.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind at the moment which probably says a lot in a good way.

“reliable calls but limited extras”
Pros
Not once have I had a call drop so at the very least it handles that part flawlessly. It also lets me set up a simple phone-routing system where callers can quickly enter the number of the person they want to reach without any hassle.
Cons
Beyond the switchboard feature, there really isn't much else to work with. I already have a Google Voice number that covers everything else I need and it doesn't cost me anything.

“stuck in beta for years”
Pros
It handled the basic voicemail function it was supposed to provide.
Cons
During the several years I used it, there were never any meaningful updates. The iOS app worked adequately for simple tasks but it always felt like a beta product that never fully matured. The website settings were difficult to navigate and configuring the incoming call workflow was far more tough than it should have been.

“unreliable app causes daily frustration”
Pros
Getting started with this software was easy, with very little setup needed and whenever problems came up, technical support was easy to contact and responsive.
Cons
On the downside, the mobile app has been extremely unreliable. We've been dealing with ongoing issues for months and the glitches are seriously affecting our day-to-day operations and creating a lot of frustration, to the point that we're now considering other options.

“professional phone system that delivers”
Pros
Everything works the way it's supposed to and matches what was promised. It lets a company turn its main phone number into a professional-grade phone system with recorded greetings, a phone directory, voicemail, message transcription and call forwarding to personal phones.
Cons
One thing I still miss is having more features available directly on the phone itself especially the option to label extensions with user names. As it works now, you have to type the letters of the person's name when searching through the directory.

“professional calling features i love”
Pros
Right away, the platform felt both polished and incredibly convenient to use. It lets you forward calls, place calls directly from your IT number and set up department extensions which makes everything feel much more organized. The customizable hold music and voicemail are a really nice touch too. It does a fantastic job of helping startups present a professional voice to prospects and customers.
Cons
Feature I'd really want added is the ability to change what appears on caller ID when calling from your IT number so it matches your branding more consistently.

“feature-packed tool”
Pros
Compared with similar services, this one gives you a broader mix of genuinely useful tools. The features I use the most are visual voicemail, conference calling, Wi-Fi calling, virtual fax and business texting. It's also nice that all of those features, along with several others, come included in every plan without any extra fees.
Cons
There are really just two downsides for me. First is the pricing of the plans. They have three plan options and I'm on the lowest-tier one at $29 per month which includes the phone number and three lines. The second issue is with Wi-Fi calling, if you already have Wi-Fi calling turned on through your cellular provider, you have to disable that first before you can use this service's Wi-Fi calling feature.

“virtual calling at a solid price”
Pros
Having everything handled virtually has been a huge plus for me. I can place and answer calls directly from my cell phone which is really convenient. They also offer toll-free vanity numbers which I appreciate. Another nice feature is being able to receive faxes on the same number and having 3 extensions is very useful. The pricing is also something I'm very happy with.
Cons
There honestly aren't many complaints on my end. The biggest downside is that sending faxes isn't supported. Another limitation is that outbound calls can't be transferred to a different extension.

“simple setup”
Pros
Getting started with it was really easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. Even support is easy to reach whenever help is needed. To be honest, it does not take much effort to learn on your own and start using confidently. We moved over from another call management provider and ended up saving more than $100 every month with this one.
Cons
At this point, I honestly do not have anything I dislike about it.

“flexible calling setup”
Pros
Years ago, our company moved away from a traditional PBX VoIP system and switched to employee cell phones with this instead. It has been a much more flexible and cost-effective option. The admin interface is easy to use and each employee can have a personal extension. There's also a directory that lets callers find users by spelling the person's last name which is very practical. On top of that, you can configure a rollover sequence for incoming calls.
Cons
This really isn't a flaw with the product itself but users do need some training on how voicemail works with a virtual PBX setup. Messages that come in through the main PBX number and extension go through the system, while direct calls are handled separately by the user's cell carrier voicemail.

“handy platform”
Pros
The 800 number can be set up quickly for a small business and it syncs with basically any phone without much trouble. It usually only takes around 5 to 10 minutes before everything is working. I also really appreciate that customers can call, text or fax through the same number instead of dealing with separate extensions which makes things much more convenient for both the customer and the business. When a call comes in, you have options to answer it, send it to voicemail or check who is calling first. It's also useful if you need multiple extensions or have employees spread across the state or even the country since you can set staff members up with the service instead of having to provide each person with a separate business phone.
Cons
One minor drawback is that incoming client calls automatically display as the 800 number you chose. While that does make it simple to tell that the call is related to the business, it also means you usually cannot tell which customer is calling unless you use the option to screen and see who it is before answering. It's not a major problem but as a small business owner handling lots of clients across the state, including plenty of new customers whose numbers I don't already know, it can be a little inconvenient.
