“Helpful review automation”
Pros
It has been really valuable for staying on top of post-purchase follow-ups and collecting customer reviews. One feature that works especially well is the automation that sends customers a review request email 10 days after they make a purchase.
Cons
I do wish the engagement rate were better. The process of receiving the email, clicking through to leave a review and then finding the way around the site doesn't feel completely foolproof.

“Works well with other tools”
Pros
Right out of the gate, it worked really well with Shopify and the other tools we use, including Meta and TikTok, for displaying customer reviews. The automated review request emails are a big advantage and have saved us a lot of time. I've also been really pleased with how much you can customize the interface and their support team has been excellent.
Cons
After more than a year of using the app, we've run into hardly any problems. The only minor hassle came up when we had to reconnect Judge.me after switching to a new website theme but their support team got it fixed within a couple of hours.

Pros
It has built up a really solid reputation as a review platform over the years and it now feels on par with the bigger names in the market. Because we've had such a positive experience with Judge.me, we also tend to trust other websites that use it.
Cons
At the beginning, the admin side felt pretty messy, scattered and somewhat unstructured. Since then though, it has improved a lot and is now much better organized and laid out.
