For my team it is easy to use tool and making changes later to the review experience has been just as simple. It's very user-friendly overall.

Being able to approve or reject reviews right inside the portal has been really useful and keeps the process much more manageable.

One thing I'd still like to see is a way to block certain customers from posting inappropriate or irrelevant reviews. We've had repeat offenders leave promotional reviews for other brands and there isn't a good way to stop that yet.

Running a clothing brand like TITAN the review sliders have been incredibly useful for showing potential customers things like fit, quality and other details we want to highlight. Managing incoming reviews is also fantastic because everything feels very easy and simple to handle. The on-site widgets look clean, minimal and polished yet they still give shoppers plenty of helpful information. There's honestly a lot more I could say but it's one of those tools that really speaks for itself once you try everything it offers.
