It's been a real game changer for us. The platform is very simple to use on our side and our customers have no trouble with it either. We also really love the auto-publish feature.

Cons

Biggest downside is the steep jump in pricing between the different plans.

Their customer service has been fantastic the review features work really well and they've recently added quiz functionality too. On top of that the pricing feels very reasonable for what's included.

I honestly haven't run into any complaints or anything I haven't liked up to this point.

There's a lot built into it for encouraging reviews, managing them and showing them off effectively.

It's definitely on the expensive side but it also offers add-on plugins that let you build out a broader, smarter IT ecosystem.

For me it connects nicely with my other apps and performs really well on Shopify Plus.

There are almost more settings than you need at first so it takes a little time to get familiar with everything and decide how much you want to ask or require from customers when they leave a review. That said, whenever we ran into any issues, support was there to help.

“Helpful Shopify review widgets”

Pros

Managing the platform has been easy and getting it connected to our Shopify store was fairly simple. The Shopify widgets are also great and do the job well.

Cons

The price for the Klaviyo integration feels too steep for the value it adds especially now that Klaviyo offers its own review features.

Having all of our reviews gathered in one place has been fantastic and managing them or adjusting them to match what we need is really easy.

Customers can use it without any trouble and it's simple to keep track of requests and approve or unapprove them when needed.

You have to pay extra to get additional features and changing the front-end design on the website is difficult since it doesn't offer much customization.

Two things have been especially valuable for us, being able to syndicate product reviews across all 8 of our Shopify stores and being able to group products together since we use separate listings for different colours.

Reporting side still isn't quite as strong as another platform we've used especially when it comes to net promoter score insights.
