I've used GoToMyPC before and that worked well too but the cost there is incredibly high. This software has been reliable anywhere I have internet access and it's also much more budget-friendly.

Getting this up and running took no time at all and the interface feels very user-friendly. I've also been able to remote into a Windows 11 Home Edition machine without any issues.

No matter where I am this product keeps me connected which has been incredibly valuable when I travel. There's almost always a moment when I need a file or folder I didn't bring with me and this lets me reach my desktop at home quickly and accurately from anywhere. Because of that, I'm never stuck without the files I need since they're only a few clicks away. If you travel for work, this is absolutely a must-have for staying efficient and productive.

As long as I have Wi-Fi I can access my desktop at home from my laptop while I'm away. I even relied on it from Africa to connect back to my desktop in Texas.

One thing I really appreciated was the great 7-day trial especially since I didn't have to mess around with entering credit card details like with most other free trials.

Cons

The only drawbacks I noticed were that the pricing was shown in USD and I couldn't find a way to switch it to my local currency. There was also a bit of lag while using my PC remotely but I was uploading several thousand files from an external HDD to my Mac from another PC nearly 70km away so the fact that it worked at all was still pretty impressive.

Getting this set up was very easy and it has been working flawlessly ever since. I'm currently using the single-PC version so I can access my home computer while I'm traveling and that has been really useful. I also love being able to drag and drop files between one PC and another.

At first it wasn't completely clear whether I also needed to install a remote copy of the software in addition to the version on the main PC. Once I got the browser client installed, everything worked out well. The only other issue is that the audio has been a little scratchy and broken at times.

After trying a few remote apps, this is easily the best one I've used with AR glasses and the Xreal Beam Pro. It works really well with the Bluetooth input device and that made a big difference for me. I'd absolutely recommend it if you're using the Xreal Beam Pro. I'm running it on a Mac, where it was tough to get other programs working properly so this one has been a standout.

Cons

Having to create a login isn't my favorite part although I can see that it does make things more convenient in the end.
