Price is excellent and it lets me work remotely without any problems. It feels almost the same as being at my desk in the office but with the added flexibility to work from anywhere at any time.

Cons

I have had a couple of issues when working with PDFs while logged in. I can open and view the files fine but the cursor sometimes disappears even though I'm still able to click and select things.

Pros

Compared with other IT tools I used before, this one gives much better value for the price. I switched mainly because of the cost and it offers a lot of features without the high price tag.

There are times when the software doesn't connect right away and file transfers can be a bit unreliable as well.

Getting it up and running for remote access was easy and the cost is low enough if all you need is a basic, quick way to connect to an unattended computer.

Reliability is where it really struggled. Connections would drop often and it reached a point where other team members were getting frustrated by the freezes, disconnects and constant "connection interrupted" messages. After that the only option was usually to wait around for a while or close it completely and try again. Data transfer between computers could also be slow sometimes appearing glitchy.

Using it feels very easy and everything works really fast.

Still haven't come across any downsides, this product has been excellent.

Being able to connect to our PCs and Macs remotely has been really useful and file transfers are easy as well.

Setting up extra user accounts did work but it was a bit confusing at first. We have also run into some issues with the key password although I understand why it matters for security.

Everything about it has worked exactly as expected and the price was really worth it. It gets me logged in fast without needing some overly complicated PIN setup and the installation was quick and easy too.

The only minor inconvenience is that my home and office monitors are different so if I adjust the display at home to see things better, it also affects my QuickBooks settings. It's not a major issue though, I just wish monitors were more universal.

Customer support was quick to respond and really helpful, both during the installation process and after everything was up and running.

Cons

At first, I downloaded the wrong version so I had to call IT support to understand which installer was meant for the offsite machine (Host) and which one should go on my own computer. Once they clarified that for me, I installed the right version on both ends and everything worked beautifully.

After using quite a few remote access tools, this one has been the simplest to work with. The unattended access feature has been a huge help. Our users aren't always very tech-savvy so being able to connect with one click and not rely on them for setup or troubleshooting makes a big difference.

Cons

Every now and then, I run into display issues on remote machines that use dual monitors. I can still open and view each screen separately but the dual-screen experience isn't always completely convenient. That said, I have a feeling some of those problems may be caused by things outside the software itself.

Being able to work from anywhere makes this incredibly convenient and everything feels fast when I use it.

Working with this software has been a really positive experience. It provides reliable, secure remote access through an interface that's simple to navigate and the connections are usually convenient with very little lag. It's especially useful for supporting clients in different continents without hassle and it ends up being a cost-effective option compared to many other remote access tools.

The only downside I've noticed is that connectivity can occasionally become unstable, depending on the strength of the network.

Being able to copy or move items from my main PC to the computer I'm remotely connected to is something I really appreciate. It's also nice that I can choose to pay only for the number of computers I actually use. I'm not stuck paying for a bunch of extra PCs when I only need access to two. The pricing feels very reasonable whether you need it for one or two machines or even for a much larger setup like 1,000 PCs.

Cons

One downside is that there are occasional moments when it becomes unresponsive for a few seconds. That said, it could also be related to the internet connection on one of the computers.

Connection speeds have been really fast and there are plenty of options to work with. It was quick to set up and I could start using it right away. For just $2 more, getting unlimited online backup was an excellent bonus.

I still haven't come across anything negative. Like most remote control apps the connection could maybe be a little faster at times but that can be adjusted in the settings so it's not really a real issue.

Every now and then the text on websites looks a little blurry while scrolling but it happens very rarely.

We began with the free version and then upgraded as our first step for a 10-computer SOHO setup. The connection speed has been impressive even when accessing from our Apple tablets. There was some confusion at the beginning but the technical support team handled it professionally. At this point, everything has been going well as we transition this company away from TeamViewer.

Cons

It still feels a bit early to give a full judgment since we need more time with it but up to now everything has been going well.
