“Affordable support winner”
Pros
After trying several remote support tools, I found this one to be the simplest and most affordable. Once I installed the full suite on my management computer and the Viewer client on supported machines, I could log in and securely manage remote clients quickly and easily.
Cons
None. It's a dependable product and the per-seat pricing feels exactly right.

Pros
The installation and configuration went smoothly for me and I can reach my home PC from anywhere without much effort.

“everything runs great”
Pros
For me the ability to access office computers and files on our internal server has been very valuable when I'm working remotely. When everything is running properly, I can reach things that I normally wouldn't be able to access.
Cons
App can be a bit temperamental at times and every now and then we have to reload the firmware on the laptop. There are also situations where we need to bring in the IT consultant to restore access for users remotely.

Everything was easy to set up and install and I was impressed by how fast the remote access was.

I can't really comment on the benefits because it keeps disconnecting and never works properly.
Cons
It doesn't work with an iPhone when trying to connect to a Windows Server 2008 R2 server.
