“Remote access boost”

Having this in place has brought a lot more convenience, flexibility and efficiency to our workflow. Our team can reach office computers from anywhere and it lets everyone collaborate in real time which has significantly improved productivity and cut down on downtime.

Cons

There really haven't been any downsides for us. Compared with TeamViewer, this has worked much better and it has quickly become our go-to application for remote access.

Overall it's a great piece of software although the price feels a bit high for smaller companies.

After trying a bunch of apps like AnyDesk and TeamViewer, this one ended up being the best fit for my needs. Those other tools require authentication before accepting remote requests which is inconvenient when I'm working on a VPS. If I want direct access with them, I'd have to pay around $30 a year for an account. This turned out to be a cheap, simple and effective solution for exactly that.

Nothing to complain about really, it works perfectly and I haven't run into any problems.

After using RealVNC for a while, I started looking at other options when they began phasing out the free version. RemoteVNC costs less and its interface feels better designed especially when working with multiple monitors.

I haven't run into any issues. Everything has been working exactly the way it should.

Configuration process is one of the strongest aspects of this tool especially after working with various remote support solutions. Being able to get it set up quickly while maintaining full access control is the biggest advantage for me.
