Pros

What impressed me right away is how user-friendly and professional Site feels. It gives me a practical way to help my customers learn how to use my websites and the other online software products I work with. Sending a link to clients is very easy and they can watch the video multiple times without needing to download anything or go to YouTube.

Cons

I honestly don't have any major complaints because the information has been very helpful. If anything could be improved, I'd like a little more help understanding how to use the script they create along with the video.

Over the past year, it has kept crashing and failing to record. Even worse, after finishing a 10-minute training video, it can freeze during the upload which means I have to record the whole thing again. That happened to me three times today alone and honestly, that frustration is exactly why I'm writing this review now.

Back when it still carried the old it name, I relied on it every day. Since the rebrand though the software has become buggy and hasn't received updates so it honestly feels abandoned.

Cons

There's no active development or new features, no Android app and no filter options. It also can't capture a full scrolling website in one screenshot and the macOS app doesn't work on my M1.

Pros

Clear communication makes a huge difference in any organization and this software really supports that. Keeping communication well managed helps prevent misunderstandings and unnecessary confusion, both internally and externally. The three biggest advantages for me are the quick response time, its cost-effectiveness and how easy it is to customize.

I honestly do not have any complaints about it. It has helped remove misunderstandings and strengthened the sense of togetherness.

Right from the start, this tool feels very easy to use. It covers all the core features you would expect, like taking screenshots with shortcuts and recording your screen with just a couple of clicks. It is also quite flexible since you can capture screenshots, record your screen, upload files, create GIFs and annotate images so it pretty much includes everything I need from this kind of software. The annotation editor is especially impressive and easily one of the best parts of the product since it makes it very simple to draw, add arrows and shapes and even blur text without any hassle.

Cons

There was a period when several features were unreliable or broken although to their credit they have fixed many of those problems and the tool feels much more stable now. I would still like to see the interface improved, maybe with a more modern refresh in terms of design. It would also help if the annotation elements, like arrows and shapes, were polished further so the files I send to customers look more professional. Another missing feature for me is the ability to record calls since it currently cannot capture audio from browser tabs.

Pros

Being able to capture video directly from my browser or any native app on Windows or Mac is what matters most to me and this software handles it really well.

Cons

If you need more advanced, professional-level video editing, it may be worth pairing it with other platforms.

In my support leadership role, I use it regularly. Sharing images, video walkthroughs and GIFs is quick and easy and our clients like being able to open a video from one link without creating an account. The annotation tools make things even more efficient, while sending content is as simple as sharing a link. Clients can also reply directly on the image or video page. It gives us a complete screen capture and video solution right from the Chrome toolbar. Overall, I find it easy to use.

Like most tools, it has the occasional issue but the one that bothers me most is that full-page screenshots often do not work properly. Even when I choose the option to capture the entire page, it usually only grabs the visible section. The login security can also feel frustrating at times. I understand the need to protect accounts but since I mainly use it for screenshots, that level of security feels a bit excessive for my needs even though I understand why it exists.

For fast team communication, this tool works really well. With just a few clicks, I can record my screen and send it to my team within seconds. I especially like being able to create animated GIFs since I have not found that option in similar software.

Landing page it generates when sharing a video or screenshot does not feel as clean or polished as I would like. Aside from that, it is an excellent program overall.

The number of keyboard shortcuts is what makes this tool stand out for me. Sharing my screen and adding comments for others is already fast and the shortcuts make the whole process even quicker. I honestly cannot imagine handling my daily work without it.

I keep coming back because of the range of features especially screen recording and annotation. Since everything is saved in the cloud, I do not have to worry about files getting lost or being unavailable when I need them. The online storage also lets us create folders which makes organizing cloud files much easier. We used to use WeTransfer quite often for sending files but now this tool handles that for us.

Every now and then, it runs into small hiccups when Windows is restarted or powered on.

Creating short explanation and demo videos works really well and I can easily share them with my collaborators.

Platform feels very insecure. I also run into repeated failures when uploading or downloading large files and the team really needs to improve the product with security as a top priority.

The platform feels fast and easy to use right from the start. We have our own custom domain and logo set up although I think the logo could be a little larger. I also like the "copy direct link" option when sending emails with inline images because it helps reduce how quickly our storage fills up. Having the direct link use our custom domain would make it even better.

Cons

A drawback for us is the lack of advanced annotation features for clients so there is no real two-way communication or annotation. We had created a workaround by integrating userback.io through the JavaScript inclusion option but that option was removed. Because of that, we no longer use it for that purpose and now use userback.io directly instead.

As a teacher, I have found this very useful in my work. I can share different types of files with my students, including recorded tutorials and PDF documents. It has been a really useful tool to have.

Nothing has made team communication easier for me than being able to quickly record myself, my screen or both at once. I really appreciate that the videos upload automatically so all I need to do afterward is send the link to my co-workers. It has easily become my go-to way to communicate with my team.

There does seem to be an issue between the desktop app and my operating system so I had to tweak a few settings to get it working properly. From what I've seen the browser version performs better although I still run into occasional problems there too. For example, every once in a while it fails to capture my microphone audio. It does not happen often but when it does, it can definitely be frustrating.
