Pros
Using Akto API Security Platform has made API security testing much more easier to handle. The dashboard feels user-friendly and it helps identify security issues quickly which saves time and strengthens overall security.
Cons
A drawback is that the initial setup can seem a bit complicated for new users. Some of the more advanced features also take a while to fully understand and parts of the documentation could use more detail.

One thing that really works well with Akto API Security Platform is how it helps uncover API security issues without turning the setup into a complicated process. The dashboard is smooth to follow and the testing workflow cuts down a lot of the manual checking that would otherwise take time. It also provides clear reports which makes resolving issues much simpler.
Cons
At the same time, a few parts of the platform can be a bit confusing when you first start using it especially if you are new to API security tools. Some scans also take longer than expected and there are areas of the interface that could feel more polished.

Pros
Getting started was not a hassle at all, the dashboard is clean and easy to follow and API issues are picked up quickly.
Cons
The alerts can come in a little too often so it takes some time to separate the important ones from the rest. A few issues also don't include clear guidance on how to resolve them so you end up figuring out the fix on your own.
