Managing it can be challenging. We had the Bitdefender management platform installed in our on-prem infrastructure. While it worked well managing endpoints and creating policies is complex and not intuitive. Scheduled scans while active can consume significant system resources slowing down the computer during important tasks.

Bitdefender runs continuously in the background. I set it up and let it do its job. If something unusual occurs it alerts me. The best part is the peace of mind knowing I do not have to constantly monitor the protection of my data.

Monthly billing is in place. Annual options might be available and switching to that would be ideal if possible. The cost is minimal so a longer billing interval would be easy to manage for the one license currently needed.
