Its easy to distribute the software to client systems.
Cons
The administrative software can be slow and a little bit confusing. The list of systems is missing a search function or an easy way to filter the full list of installed systems. This may have changed with the newer web-based interface.

Pros
Setting it up on the server was easy and the monitoring features are really nice I also like the reporting function.
Cons
There are brief interruptions sometimes when updating clients. You can choose an auto-update feature that reaches out to the clients and upgrades them while in use, but we have run into some issues with this feature at times.

Pros
The software was easy to install and really affordable with a high return on investment. We especially like how simple it is to generate reports and monitor things so even non-technical staff like our HR exec can use it It does not require a lot of resources and the licensing model is simple.
Cons
The interface although easy to use, feels a bit outdated.

I love the full suite of features that BrowseControl offers Enforcing policies and monitoring websites was really easy and blocking apps and sites took no time Plus the productivity tracker is a great feature showing exactly how much time is wasted on unproductive sites Its an awesome all-in-one solution for security and network monitoring.
Cons
Overall BrowseControl has amazing features. I have not found any issues yet.

I love that they keep adding new features. The product has improved a lot over the past year. Once you get the hang of it its easy to use Blocking websites is quick and the cost is reasonable.
Cons
I would love to see a username option added because when trying to unblock a website for a user, I have to go by computer name, which I have to find out.

The ease of use comes from the powerful admin console, which provides detailed control over PCs and produces excellent and useful reports (BrowseReporter). The software manages to function while offering excellent management control. Any issues I faced during installation were swiftly and effectively handled by tech support.
Cons
One downside is it only works on Windows machines. Took me months to find this after trying and rejecting other products from different vendors.
