CYRISMA Features
Sensitive Data Discovery
CYRISMA's sensitive data discovery feature scans your environment to locate sensitive information stored in plaintext across various file types. By identifying such data, organizations can implement protective measures, reducing the risk of data breaches and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Dark Web Monitoring
This feature monitors the dark web for any mentions of your organization's data, tracking brand-related discussions in cybercriminal communities. Real-time email alerts notify you when enterprise data is discovered on the dark web, enabling swift action to mitigate potential threats and unauthorized data exposure.
Score Cards
CYRISMA's ‘Score Cards’ provide a consolidated view of cyber risk levels across multiple assessment categories. They offer performance grades ranging from A+ to F, helping organizations easily understand their security posture, prioritize mitigation efforts, and demonstrate progress to stakeholders over time.
Risk Monetization
This feature assesses the potential financial impact of a cyber-attack by evaluating the monetary value of your organization's sensitive data and estimated recovery costs. By quantifying risks in financial terms, businesses can make informed decisions about cybersecurity investments and prioritize resources effectively.
Vulnerability Management
CYRISMA's vulnerability management performs internal and external, agentless and agent-based scans to identify weaknesses in your systems. By proactively detecting vulnerabilities, organizations can address them before exploitation, enhancing overall security and reducing the likelihood of successful cyber-attacks.

“amazing for vulnerability management”
Pros
No matter the environment we're scanning, it's easy to create a deployment and scanning plan that ensures all assets are covered without impacting performance for end users both from an endpoint and network perspective. The scan reports pinpoint the root cause, saving us from sifting through hundreds of pages or building massive pivot tables to spot the issues.
Cons
We do encounter bugs in the UI occasionally but the Cyrisma team handles these pretty quickly once reported.

“An ocean of information”
Pros
Cyrisma is easy to use and set up, informative and offers white labeling. It provides the best information when scanning for vulnerabilities. The actionable insights it gives allow my team to quickly remediate any new vulnerabilities that are found.
Cons
Sometimes the initial agent installs don't report back to the instance when setting up scan targets. Support can take a while to get back to you (understandably, since they are busy). Also agents don't always auto update which can cause scan failures, though the fix is simple, just reinstall them.
