Having everything in one cloud-based security suite has been a big plus. ESET Endpoint Security gives me real-time monitoring for my Windows endpoints and I can keep an eye on all of them remotely no matter where they are in the world. Being able to manage, update, reboot and monitor devices right from my desk is incredibly convenient.

The trade-off for all those features is that deployment can be pretty involved. Pushing the agent and applications out to my endpoints through Active Directory was fairly challenging although once everything was configured, it has worked reliably.

I think it's a very complete solution, because it not only protects the device, but also email with antispam and anti-phishing features.
