“Protection simple to set up”
Pros
ESET Endpoint Security has been a very dependable solution and using it is quite straightforward. From an administrator's perspective, both configuration and deployment are handled without much effort.
Cons
Working as a system administrator, I haven't run into any real difficulties or critical problems with the product.

“Lightweight defense delivers”
Pros
One of the things I appreciate most about ESET is how lightweight it is. I won't name other antivirus programs but many of them feel heavier and even less secure. Even though ESET is light, it never slows down my PC. As for the product itself, I really have nothing bad to add: scans are fast, protection is reliable across the board and I've never had issues with false positives. Overall, it's a fantastic product.
Cons
Fortunately I don't think it has any major downsides. The only criticism I can make is that there isn't a free basic antivirus version like many competitors offer. Clearly it's a company choice and in my opinion it was the right one because if you want a quality product with reliable support it makes sense to pay for it. Besides ESET is not overpriced at all for the level of protection it provides.

“hassle free threat protection”
Pros
It catches threats effectively without putting a strain on the computer which is a big plus.
Cons
I honestly haven't come across any weaknesses with it so far.
