“Helps us manage risks”
Pros
It has been a game-changer for our governance risk and compliance efforts. It lets us actually put our GRC program into action. we can track, manage, report on and control company risks effectively. The reporting is always delivered on time and the team works closely with us whenever we need adjustments. Their MSP-focused vulnerability scanning and workflows are really impressive.
Cons
The interface is pretty clean and user-friendly compared to other options out there. I don't really have major complaints about this tool. Some competitors do offer automated patching features but honestly I think patch management should be handled separately from vulnerability assessments anyway.
