“highly recommended”
Pros
I've found this tool excellent for handling software updates. it's super simple to use and their customer support is outstanding. It even stores my login details and managing everything is easy. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. I wanna say that don't criticize it before trying because you really won't regret giving it a shot.
Cons
After a short learning curve I figured out how it works but it did take me a minute or two of trying especially the login part. Once I'd used the program a few times the workflow became much easier and it wasn't nearly as confusing as it seemed at first.

“Password protection made easy”
Pros
Remembering my login passwords has always been really difficult for me especially since security best practices recommend using different passwords for every account. LastPass gives me a secure place to keep them all so I don't have to scribble them down or keep resetting passwords over and over because I can't recall which one I used. using the same password everywhere is a bad idea from a security standpoint and this app makes it easy for me to stick to that advice without stressing about notes or having sensitive information left where someone might accidentally see it. It's a relief.
Cons
I haven't run into any real drawbacks with LastPass.. my main wish would be for it to sign me in automatically on my phone. For now I can open the app and copy and paste credentials which works fine so it's not a big hassle to manage.

“useless customer support”
Pros
The app is pretty simple to use and syncs across every device I own. But when I get locked out and have to reach customer support there's no help available!
Cons
Getting customer support to respond has been an absolute nightmare. They've basically got my passwords tied up and there's no way to contact them. It's a terrible situation. I've been locked out of my account for three days and can't get any assistance from support. I've tried everything I can think of: I submitted a support ticket, sent four separate emails and still haven't heard back. There isn't a phone number to call and since I'm logged out I can't access the chat option. I still have my master password but because I switched to a new phone I need to configure multi-factor authentication (MFA) and can't sign in. The recovery methods failed. It's extra infuriating because I'm a paying premium subscriber.

“team sharing done right”
Pros
I'm really impressed by how easy it is to use. I appreciate being able to share passwords with coworkers and even upload two-factor authentication codes so they can be shared securely with others.
Cons
occasionally the app signs me out and I have to log back in before autofill will work again it can be frustrating at times although I understand it's done for solid security reasons.

“Not really reliable”
Pros
What I appreciated was how simple it was to use and best of all for me was that it bundled with my VPN purchase so I didn't need to pay anything extra to access it.
Cons
regrettably I mislaid my LastPass master password and when I tried the account recovery steps they provided they failed for me which meant I ended up losing access to the passwords I had stored there. In my case the lost items weren't anything vital so it wasn't catastrophic. I did like using LastPass overall but my confidence took a hit after the company suffered a major data breach that exposed customers' data. Its convenience and simplicity no longer outweigh the seriousness of that breach and the impact it had on users.

“Role-based access that mostly works”
Pros
Bringing seasonal staff up to speed is much easier for me now and the access is controlled as per the role. We've cut down on lockouts during hectic departure periods. Shared vaults let me handle login details for booking sites and gear apps and mobile auth stays reliable while traveling
Cons
The biometric sign-in on my older devices sometimes glitches and I find support guidance can be pretty generic. Also the browser extension may occasionally have compatibility problems in certain browsers.

“Convinient password management”
Pros
I've found it's a simple and effective solution for keeping my passwords from numerous websites organized and accessible across different browsers. The ease of use really impressed me when I reopen my browser I don't have to log into LastPass again to have my credentials autofilled or saved which made things so much smoother.
Cons
the biggest annoyance for me is that LastPass defaults to keeping passwords only within its own vault which makes it difficult to also save them in Chrome's password manager. I wish it supported storing passkeys natively and I also resent that they force users to pay if they want to use LastPass on more than a limited number of devices.

“Strong security”
Pros
When I think about storing passwords, credit card details or other sensitive data LastPass pretty much provides everything I need. I appreciate the broad selection of user-friendly browser extensions for my PC and laptop along with the companion mobile apps that cover the basics. I also like that it makes it simple to boost security with external passkeys including support for physical YubiKey devices.
Cons
Not a lot about LastPass annoyed me honestly. But eventually I ended up switching to a different service because I wanted something that does more than just securely store credentials and that's probably where LastPass falls short for me. in a nutshell I just moved on to a product that offered additional features beyond basic password storage.

“Secure for teams but support lags”
Pros
Since I started using LastPass I've noticed stronger security and much easier access for everyone on our team. signing in and mobile authentication is very smooth for all users and it brings user administration tools plus software updates together into one unified interface.
Cons
Occasionally I run into issues where biometric sign-ins fail on specific devices and I've found that their customer support can be slow to respond when technical problems come upwhich is frustrating.

“Powerful once you're set up”
Pros
Once we finished configuring the backend and federated our user accounts I've found deploying and managing it very easy. I also appreciate how the app makes creating strong and complex passwords for every login effortless. It saves entries automatically into the vault and fills credentials for me. My account syncs across my other devices without any problems making the whole experience smooth.
Cons
Setting up shared folders has been somewhat fiddly for me particularly around permissions. The admin console took a fair amount of time to get comfortable with. I also encountered problems when configuring single sign-on but I persevered and we eventually worked through the issues and got it functioning.

“benchmark for password management”
Pros
Gone are the days when I have to memorize passwords for myself or my teammates. This feels like a game-changing password management and authentication tool that manages to mix ease of use with top-level security. For me the biggest advantages are: it's simple and gives me fast access to every account without typing passwords, the strong two-factor authentication really secures all my data, automated login routines save me time every day and their customer service is quick and competent. LastPass has gone beyond what I expected and has become an indispensable part of my digital routine.
Cons
sometimes the browser extension pops up over fields that aren't actually login inputs. It's a small annoyance though since I can simply click it away and continue without any real disruption.
