The LogicGate risk cloud installation can initially feel overwhelming since the platform is highly configurable. However, the process addresses most obstacles during the first week and once I am familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to navigate.

It is so simple. Setting up new workflows and fields is super easy.

The reporting features could use updates, it should allow more than five workflows in reporting. And the inability to create our own prefix for auto IDs and the need for a clear data library would be helpful.
