Should be a great tool that is easy to use

Pros

With NCommunity we appreciated being able to analyze data against standard data to focus our CRA efforts.

Cons

The overall deployment has been tough. We are three months in and still have not fully implemented it. While everyones working hard to fix it it is still frustrating.

Used for board meetings

Pros

It helped speed up my meetings by providing materials to members in advance. Much easier than manually compile data.

Cons

Some of the board members were slow to adopt the new system.

Great customer service

Pros

Support and Account managers are highly responsive. The system is relatively simple to figure out.

Cons

Some of the programs do not communicate with each other as smoothly as we would prefer but they are actively working on those updates.

Ncontracts supports our business woth robust features and support

Pros

The platform is simple to configure and offers enough flexibility to adapt to any changes or custom fields we may need for reporting. The integration between apps works well and keeps us from entering redundant information. Their support and training is far better than what most other tech providers offer.

Cons

Setting everything up is not hard but it does take some time to enter all the required information. While a lot of fields are optional you will need them to get the most out of the product.

Necessary Resource

Pros

Customer Service is very responsive and the option to have a one on one consultation twice a year with an expert is great.

Cons

At first understanding the system and the data it provided felt overwhelming but having excellent customer service made it easier to grasp over time.

Ncontracts User Review

Pros

I appreciate the dashboard for a quick overview of my progress within the software. I like the vibrant layout and found the system very easy to learn.

Cons

The reports could be more dynamic and offer all the available fields but whenever I need a report that I cannot create support is always ready to assist.

Ncontracts' Nvendor for vendor management

Pros

I mostly like the interface its pretty smart and the support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed.

Cons

Managing or updating multiple vendors can be tricky because there is no option to open vendors in separate tabs which really slows down bulk updates.

Great Support - User Friendly!

Pros

We switched from excel spreadsheets to the NContracts portal. Our data is now easy to upload and analyze. We get detailed reports that we use for executive meetings, audits and internal reviews. The staff provides excellent support whenever we have questions. setting-up was smooth, and we were up and running within a couple of weeks.

Cons

I do not think we are using the portal to its full potential. It can do much more than what I have asked of it so far.

Fast, reliable Contracts

Pros

NContracts is fairly simple with template suggestions and a smooth user experience. Everyone gets the same setup for vendor management, change management and risk management.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve and we wish it was easier to search through the repository for historical contracts.

Unlike any other platform

Pros

The system is easy to use, and does not require weeks or days of training. NContracts provides plenty of support for even the smallest questions, with many ways to access it. The analytics are the easiest to navigate and create reports from.

Cons

Large datasets can be slow to load and that ends up taking a lot of time. That is really my only issue.

Great integration of modules

Pros

Apps integrate well to share information. Centralized storage keeps important data easily accessible outside the bank which is really useful in times of need.

Cons

There is so much functionality that it can be hard to take full advantage of everything the system offers.

Easy to use platform and great customer service

Pros

NContracts handles our HMDA, Fair Lending and Redlining data. It is easy to import annual information and see where we have been compared to where we want to go. The reports are detailed and we can use filters to dig deeper into findings when needed. NContracts gives us valuable insights into how we compare to our peers with both data and graphs. Whenever we have questions, customer service is quick and helpful.

Cons

We get assigned an annual review with an analyst but sometimes I am unsure what questions to ask during that session. It would be helpful to have a template of suggested topics to cover during the review.

Reduces manual workload

Pros

I like how their library includes pre written responses for risks and controls. Vendors are listed and each due diligence vendor has its own questionnaire.

Cons

The reports could benefit from having another category specifically for Auditors and the Board of Directors.

Flexible and Easy to use

Pros

We were fully set up and working within a week of first logging in. The system is very easy to use and maintain and its flexible enough to let you utilize different features across the apps.

Cons

Improving the integration between modules would be a great step. The existing connections are useful but further integration would make the system much more cohesive.

Love everything about Ncontracts!

Pros

Our bank has been using Ncontracts for over eight years. We really appreciate the executive critical vendor summaries in Nvendor, especially the SOC Report summaries. We start with those and add our CUEC responses which auditors and regulators really like.

Cons

The most challenging part of Ncontinuity is updating our information and printing the final Business continuity plan. It has taken practice but we are getting better at it.
