Pros
Pretty cool how it gives a clear structure to all my HR tasks. It has everything I need in one spot and the whole experience is really smooth.
Cons
I don't think there's anything I truly dislike but I've noticed it has been a little glitchy with birthday reminders lately.

“Unbeatable platform but a bit high priced
Pros
The biggest advantage for me is how it brings HR, Finance, and IT all together in one platform. It lets our company manage everything about an employee's journey in one place. I should also mention they have some of the best customer support I've seen.
Cons
The pricing model for extra "workflows" is tough for a growing business like ours. You can't just buy more workflows on their own; the only option is to upgrade to a more expensive tier of the whole platform.

“My essential all-in-one hub
Pros
This is my go-to for everything. Been using it for over a year. I can see my paystub early, check my PTO and see my hours all in one spot. It's a game-changer. very user-friendly and easy to use.
Cons
I've been using it for over a year and I've never had a bad experience with it. Every single update they've rolled out has actually helped me be more efficient at my job.

“Makes time tracking a no-brainer
Pros
Clocking in and out is a no-brainer. And if I ever forget to punch the clock, it's really simple to just go in and fix the time myself.
Cons

Honestly, the best part is having it all in one spot. Payroll, how much time off I have, my review cycles... everything.
Cons
The single sign-on (SSO) takes a lot of time to log in. But to be fair, that might be because of how my company set it up.

My favorite thing about Rippling is that the important stuff like my payroll info and training modules, is really easy to find. I also love that it sends me email reminders before my training is due. Plus, my employee profile has all the information I need.
Cons
In my opinion, it would be nice if, when a payroll is delayed, it sent a follow-up message 24 hours later to the HR Director asking for the reason. Right now, it only prompts them once.

“simple HR but device management glitches
Pros
I use it all the time as an employee and I find it really simple. I can easily request time off, see company info and update my benefits. I do these things every month or so and it's always a great experience. The approval process is smooth and I get notified just when I need to be. It's just a simple, no-fuss product and I'm really grateful for that.
Cons
I'm also an end user of Rippling's device management (MDM) and I feel like this part is lacking. I use a Mac. My company has set some reasonable policies for default programs, but when Rippling implements them, it messes up the icons in my dock and resizes the dock every time I restart my computer. I also have a weird situation with benefits enrollment, sometimes my year-end selections get a little jumbled with my healthcare provider. When that happens, their support is very responsive but it's still a headache to fix.

“ultimate all-in-one platform
Pros
Love that it's not just HR, it's HR, IT and finance all in one. Payroll and benefits are simple and even managing our work devices is easy. Onboarding is smooth too, the automation is a lifesaver and the whole thing is just user-friendly.
Cons
I can't think of anything bad to say right now because I haven't had a single issue in the last five years.

“The AI assistant is a lifesaver
Pros
The interface is super easy to figure out. Big fan of the AI bot for quick questions & it can even get you to a real person if you need it. And setting payroll to run on auto-pilot? amazing. Also, their customer support is actually helpful, 10/10.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind that I dislike. But, it would be really nice if they added performance improvement plans to the system. It would make it easier to store everything and handle those kinds of reviews all in one place.

“Makes payday a little more fun
Pros
My absolute favorite thing is how it looks and feels. It's so simple. I clock in and out every day, check my paystubs and my timestamps to see my overtime. It was also awesome when I started to see everyone's names and roles. I had to adjust my 401k once and was dreading it but Rippling made it stupid easy to find the steps. The help section actually works! Also the payday emails with the cute, different artwork? Lowkey love it. Makes payday a little more fun.
Cons
The only thing that confuses me a little is all the different apps in Rippling's app shop. To be fair, I haven't really spent time looking through them but it does seem a bit complex. I haven't needed any of the extra apps yet so I can't mark it down for that. Maybe someday I'll explore it and find something cool.

“hree departments in one simple app
Pros
The fact that it mashes up HR, IT and payroll into one single place is everything. It's easy to use, automates the boring stuff and having all your employee data centralized just makes life easier.
Cons
For me, it's the customer support. Since, overall it is a very powerful tool, it can be a lot to take in when you're new. That's why good support is key. Sometimes it just takes a while to get help, which can be frustrating if you have something urgent.

To me, it is pretty impressive how much this software can do. If you're struggling with managing employee stuff, you can just get it and focus on your actual work. It's also really easy to use and connects with other tools without any trouble.

Pros
It has been an easy-to-use app for me. It helps me manage my time off, gives me info about my role and keeps me updated on my pay and calendar. It was also a snap to install on my device and it works perfectly with it.
Cons
Wish it had a real-time chat for talking to other people in my company. I feel like that would be super helpful. It would mean I'd have to use one less app and I'd probably end up using it a lot more often.

“The first app i open every day
Pros
This handles everything I need smoothly, without the trouble I've had with other apps. It helps me keep track of my payslips and calendar and it notifies me about my leave balances. The easy setup saved me so much time. It's become a part of my daily routine and it's the first thing I open when I start my day.
Cons
I'd love it if it added a chat bot that could help me solve problems. It would be great to just talk to it to get answers to my questions in a more interactive way, instead of just reading a list of FAQs.
