Splunk is easy to figure out even for people who are not super technical it is very simple. You can set it up easily and the query language is simple. The documentation gives you what you need.
Cons
I cannot set up real-time alerts. We only use it for logging and not for metrics. Maintaining the dashboards takes a lot of time.
