“Minimize cyber risk

Pros

Usecure has provided an automated cybersecurity training program thats easy to implement and can be customized for each user. With its cloud based setup smooth integrations and portable onboarding usecure is ideal for identifying and figuring out security knowledge gaps.

Cons

From my daily use of Usecure I have not found anything to dislike.

Pros

It s easy to train employees and recruits on new or evolving cyber threats. Custom phishing simulations are super helpful.

Cons

Nothing negative to mention. It fulfills all its intended functions.

Pros

The initial risk survey creates a profile for each user then addresses areas where they need improvement. Its a true "set it and forget it" system. All I need to do is add the user and assign the survey and the system handles the rest.

Cons

It does not handle multiple companies well. I manage two companies and the admin user workaround is a bit clunky. It should be easier to manage multiple brands and email templates.

Pros

What I really like about the service is how easy it is to set up use, and manage. It also offers a great set of human risk management tools that keep getting better.

Cons

It would be great to let joint administrators manage a group of users without giving them full admin access.

Pros

The local content is a big plus. There are many country or region specific course options to fit local laws and the phishing library has templates for different countries which makes testing users more effective.

Cons

The breach notification feature is pretty basic. It works fine but it does not offer the same range of options as the training or phishing features.

The ease of setting up and using it changed user training from just a checkbox task into something that benefits both the users and the organization.

Cons

It would be awesome to have access to more official training materials on topics beyond just cyber like health and safety.

It's really easy to use and genuinely helps assess risk across the whole company.

Cons

The reports cannot be downloaded and are not the most visually appealing. Also I cannot download the risk report. Auto-enrollment of users in failed attempts to courses could be improved.

The team is incredibly helpful with decision-making, installation and training.

Cons

When choosing phishing email simulations there is no way to filter out irrelevant ones like those not clearly UKbased.

Pros

You can customize training to be sent automatically as often as you need that is what I like. We found that once a month is usually just right.

Cons

The training is interactive and helps improve weak areas but sometimes the questions are not clear enough and logic-based answers do not always match the systems expected answers.

The end users really like it. I used Usecure at a previous job and recommended it highly to my new workplace.

Cons

The reporting could use some work but I am sure they will update this feature.

It's easy to use, easy to set up and simple to set up.

Cons

The training can be a bit basic. While video is popular some interactive elements would help engage users more.

It is cheap with no long-term contracts. It has all the features you need and want.

I have no complaints about this software.

“Phishing simulation in a few clicks

Pros

This product is really easy to use. An admin can pick it up in less than a week. The interface is intuitive and although we mainly use it for phishing simulations, the other features like Breach scan and online courses are interesting and we plan to use them too.

Cons

The one thing I dislike is the functionality for adding more users via .csv file. This feature does not work well for groups so dividing employees into groups has to be done manually.

Pros

Usecure makes importing users from Microsoft 365 super easy, saving a lot of time compared to setting up each user manually. Email and website templates are simple to set up and use for phishing.

Cons

More domains for Australia would make the landing page more convincing.

Pros

Our colleagues actually enjoy the training and even get into some friendly competition between departments.

Cons

We have a Polish department now and those with limited english would benefit if they could use the software more effectively for training.

The training is simple and easy to understand making it more effective. We also like that it offers extra tools for managing cyber security like breach scans and policy management.

I would like to see more features for MSP management to track participation and scores from a higher level instead of logging into each company.

Setting up is easy. Courses stay available until completed with no deadlines. You also get an easy to read summary of each customer.

Pros

The training platform is great with lots of prebuilt materials. The policy management tool is perfect for deploying policies to both new and existing employees.

Cons

More reporting options and deliverable formats like PDF would be helpful.

Easy to set up and the admin can view results effortlessly.

It should be easy to review the results for the managers. This might have been improved recently I have not had a chance to check. Auto Phish still seems to send non-US links.
