It does it's job, limited features though!
Pros

I appreciate that it is affordable but when I created my first website last year it was missing many features that I consider basic for websites. It now includes the AI feature which I have used a few times and find very helpful at times.

Cons

It lacks many features that I consider basic for websites and customer support is always slow to assist.

Dishonest company
Pros

It started off looking promising until I decided not to use the service and they were quite unhelpful.

Cons

I found them dishonest and very unprofessional they seem only interested in taking your money.

Review of Web.com
Pros

Web.com limits web development functions through established templates across various sectors providing a very smooth experience for both new and experienced users.

Cons

The feature I like least is that to use the website builder you have to pay a monthly subscription. Even with that payment the customization options are limited. This may not matter for new users, but experienced users might struggle to make necessary customizations.

Disappointing Merger
Pros

Dotster is the only part of Web.com that I like. I had been with Dotster for over 15 years. Dotster was once the best company offering excellent value with amazing customer service and product features. However over the past year their customer service has declined since merging with Web.com.

Cons

Customer service is a major issue. They are slow to respond and many representatives do not speak English clearly. They seem to rely on a keyword list rather than truly understanding my needs. Their web interface is hard to navigate and they now charge for access to features that should be under my control.

Great templates and content, more than I expected
Pros

The AI builder on this website generated content that exceeded my expectations. The text templates and photos were all impressive!

Cons

Compared to Zyro, it is a bit pricey.

Stay Away - Ecomdash is no longer supported
Pros

We selected this software because it could sync inventory across multiple sales channels at a reasonable price. However it no longer syncs with our Woocommerce sites and Ecomdash has gradually stopped supporting that platform.

Cons

Ecomdash is no longer actively supported. It seems to have been acquired and they are just keeping it running to collect subscription fees from existing customers. They do not answer calls or update the system anymore.

The interface is easy to use and the range of services is wide. They offer 24/7 customer support and are cost effective.

Cons

There are limited customization options, upselling, restricted backend control and a lack of scalability.

Do NOT use eComDash
Pros

This product was fantastic until the past year. It was easy to implement and manage.

Cons

The customer service is absolutely terrible. When the product stopped working for us, they were unwilling to troubleshoot the issue. There seems to be a significant knowledge gap among the representatives regarding how their product operates.

Ecomdash decent program for the money
Pros

This system performed well with inventory counts and offers a nice pick list and order system.

Cons

They do not fix system issues quickly if at all. I used the system for a few years and was satisfied with it at first but over time it became inefficient and they became less responsive to critical issues. I tried to be patient, but when a problem arose with one of my eBay accounts they blamed eBay. After months of back and forth, I realized it was not eBay's issue and switched systems.

Worst Customer Service. They don't know how to solve an issue
Pros

The customer service is the worst. They do not know how to resolve issues. I contacted their representatives twice and was disappointed both times. They were clueless about their system. For a simple problem like being unable to log in they gave me a two-day timeframe to resolve it. It was challenging to explain the issue to them.

Cons

The customer service is the worst, showing a lack of knowledge.

eComdash - Bang for you Buck!
Pros

I really appreciate how much comes out of the box and how effortlessly I can sync everything. Most eCommerce businesses have multiple storefronts so the ability to connect is crucial.

Cons

For larger businesses with more complex needs, this may not work well. I am not sure if support can help with those requirements but if you have a more basic structure you will probably enjoy it.

Awful customer service
Pros

There is nothing to like. The app feels outdated and does not deliver on everything it claims.

Cons

Their website claims their software does everything, but that is not true. The app does not function properly the GUI is outdated, and the customer service is terrible. It is one of the worst experiences I have had in the past five years. Once you enter your credit card information you cannot remove it and they continue to charge you without sending any notifications. I recommend avoiding this company; there are much better options out there.

Excellent system to consider for small businesses
Pros

I cannot complain about the features I need at a price I can afford. The service teams supporting the product are great people always willing to go the extra mile. They are prompt and do not let me down.

Cons

There is no iOS app and the inventory auditing feature does not allow for printed pictures. You do get many features found in larger systems.

Don't buy it
Pros

This is absolutely not an option. They advertise attractive rates but then attempted to charge my account varying amounts in the hundreds of dollars. Their customer service is unhelpful and I am concerned they may be intentionally charging accounts multiple times, failing to refund as promised and trying to charge different amounts hoping that busy business owners won't notice in time to recover their money.

Cons

The software itself is fine, but the companys fraudulent activities and the customer service staffs inability to communicate effectively in English are major problems.

Verygood for inventory management!
Pros

Integration was easy with Woocommerce and both Amazon.ca and Amazon.com. Inventory management between platforms is excellent. You can even create sub products so you can list the same product with different ASINs on Amazon which increases sales opportunities.

Cons

Support did not understand what Google Shopping listing is and could not assist me unless I paid for support which suggests it is not very user friendly. Most user friendly software today does not require extensive support.

Ecomdash is the best, cost effective inventory manager on the market
Pros

The best aspect of this product is inventory management. Not only can we send accurate inventory across various marketplaces but we can also set specific rules for each marketplace. We can establish a maximum available quantity reserve products and even submit products through the program itself without having to switch between different marketplaces.

Cons

Sometimes the software is slow to send out inventory updates when we run out of stock. This usually happens during peak sales periods but it is something to consider when evaluating this product.
