“Best product so far”
Pros
ICDs are seriously the future. These things are crazy powerful! They take your 2D drawings and give you way more control and reporting than you'd ever expect. Now, you can work with object based management. Just click on an object, generate an RFI and bam, it's done. And if you have multiple objects in your plans, you can easily add the rest of them, no matter what page they're on.
Cons
Features are coming out fast. Honestly, it's the only downside and everything's rolling out so quickly and it can be tough to keep up with adjusting our processes to fit all these new features.

“The future of construction and ICDs”
Pros
The development of ICDs by Inertia has been a game changer for how we organize our documentation and access info on the job site. It's amazing that I can click on an object or location in the drawing and instantly see the current status of inspections, RFIs, submittals and checklists. It saves so much time that we would've spent hunting down information during construction. Plus, being able to generate weekly status reports with color-coded maps for each trade is a game changer. It helps keep everything tracked and accountable which is helpful during trade meetings.
Cons
So far, everything that used to bug me has been fixed and improved a ton by Inertia. The glitches from the early version are long gone and I really can't think of any major downsides to the platform now.

“Great map functionality”
Pros
Inertia makes everything so much easier when it comes to coordination between the owner, inspectors, contractors and subcontractors. My favorite tool is the maps and they're so helpful. It's easy to track the progress of different trades and finding completed inspections and inspection numbers is simple.
Cons
My advice would be to set up all types of inspections right at the start of the project and get input from the subcontractors to make sure everything's correct. This will help avoid any issues and inconsistencies when it comes time for substantial and final project completion.
