“easy to navigate”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and the platform feels user friendly throughout. It works especially well for someone who has no background in building websites.
Cons
Costs can add up quickly once you start needing extra apps since many of them require separate payments. The selection of free themes also feels somewhat limited.

“so convenient!”
Pros
Having an option outside of Amazon is really convenient and the marketplace with multiple vendors creates a healthy sense of competition.
Cons
The app's vendor fees were extremely high.

“effective and customizable platform”
Pros
After testing a few other platforms first, this has been the most solid, flexible option I've used and it feels very approachable for small businesses.
Cons
That said, there are a lot of moving parts so getting around the platform for the first time can feel overwhelming as an entrepreneur. While the actual website setup is fairly easy some features you'd expect to be standard just aren't included which often means paying for an app or hiring someone to code them into the backend.

“my review”
Pros
Working with this patform is very easy and adding products is really quick! It also works very well for advertising with Google which helps a lot.
Cons
The only payment methods available in Chile are Mercado Pago and Flow and both charge very high fees. Mercado Pago takes 3.2% plus VAT and Flow is nearly 3% plus VAT. In the end you lose almost 5% per sale just in commissions while in Chile Transbank and Getnet are usually no more than 0.7%. Because of that I can't really recommend it since too much is lost in fees.

“connects with other tools”
Pros
One of the best parts of it is how well it connects with other tools especially ad platforms like Google Ads and marketing apps such as Mailchimp.
Cons
At this point I haven't come across anything about it that I particularly dislike.

Pros
So easy to use! Even with no prior knowledge, I was able to set everything up, start using it and work with it every day without much trouble.
Cons
I'd like to have the option to add more user IDs to my account which the platform currently doesn't povide.

Getting a new website up and running is simple and the payment setup is easy as well.

“Good experience”
Pros
It really feels like the benchmark in ecommerce with a user friendly interface that makes the whole shopping experience pleasant and easy.

Based on a buyer's perspective I'd still like to see more filter options available in the search criteria.

“clear setup”
Pros
Starting off is easy and there are plenty of useful tutorials online that make the setup process clear.
Cons
One drawback is having to pay extra for important tools that are legally required like cookie banners. That raises the overall cost of running the shop which can be especially tough at the beginning or for smaller businesses.

“beginner friendly”
Pros
Navigating the platform felt very easy even as someone just starting out. I'm not very technical or web savvy but I was still able to move through the different pages without much trouble.
Cons
As an agency perspective, jumping back and forth between different sites was a bit frustrating. It would help if the platform made it more obvious which site you're currently working on so mistakes are less likely.

“helpful support”
Pros
After weighing several ecommerce platforms for our online store, we chose this one because it felt the most user friendly. I'm not a specialist but I still managed to build a successful, attractive store with close to 1000 products. The chat support has been really helpful and we also worked alongside an expert for some custom coding. For most issues that didn't involve code, their support team was able to guide us well which we really appreciated!
Cons
Issue we've run into is how many apps need to be added to get all the functions we want on the site. Even after purchasing a fairly effective theme, we still rely on extra apps for things like a wishlist, a quick reorder feature in the account page for returning patients and adding expiration dates to products. Individually they aren't always too pricey but the total definitely builds up. Another drawback is that we sell vitamins and supplements which fall under the payments restricted categories so we had to use a third party processor instead. Because of that the platform charges us an extra percentage on top of what we already pay that processor, simply because we can't use their payment system. That extra cost has been an important factor to consider but in the end it has still been worth it to bring our 20+ year business into the online market.

“Great for everyone”
Pros
Easy to use even without a web development background. The design interface felt very user friendly and there were plenty of options to work with. It gave me a WordPress like feel but built specifically for ecommerce.
Cons
Having so many options is helpful but it also makes it harder to feel fully confident that you understand everything the platform can do. We also ran into login problems pretty often, mostly because of the outages or downtime.

“scalable platform for growing stores”
Pros
Running a small or medium sized business feels much more doable with it and there are plenty of app options that let you scale as the business grows.
Cons
A frustration is that the pricing jump to the premium tier is pretty steep even for a medium sized business. As growth reaches the point where relying on several connected apps starts to feel unstable, it can leave you stuck in an awkward middle ground without a pricing tier that really fits. It would be really helpful if the platform offered a consultative program for more advanced storefront needs with curated app and API friendly recommendations.

“love the templates”
Pros
There's a wide selection of templates and it lowers the barrier to getting started in ecommerce to almost nothing.
Cons
I'm still hoping for more smooth and flexible integrations with our physical retail setup. It does a solid job overall but certain fields and options don't carry over especially well.

“Fexible themes”
Pros
Having my store online with it was surprisingly easy even without any technical background. The interface is very user friendly and I was able to build everything fairly quickly. There are plenty of customizable themes to choose from and the app store makes it simple to add extra functions without a lot of trouble.
Cons
Something that bothers me is the extra transaction fees when you don't use their own payments since those costs can pile up fast. On top of that even though there are lots of apps and themes available some of the more advanced features and customization options come with additional charges which can get expensive.

“powerful plugins”
Pros
The platform is very easy to use and the overall user experience makes it simple to get done exactly what you set out to do. If a feature is not included out of the box there is almost always a plugin available that covers it.
Cons
There is not much negative to mention about it. The only real downside that comes to mind is the pricing.
