“convenient storefront experience”
Pros
Since I'm not usually a big online shopper, this actually gave me a chance to explore that space a bit more. Honestly it's convenient, the interface is pretty decent and everything ran well. It also comes with a few useful perks so overall I can't really complain.
Cons
It could still use more perks to better justify the amount being invested.

“ready to launch fast”
Pros
Everything was basically ready right out of the box and I had things up and running within just a few hours. There's also a big selection of apps available which makes it simple to add more functions whenever needed.
Cons
Occasionally the builder feels a little outdated but once you spend enough time with it, most of those issues are manageable and you can work around them.

“Good experience”
Pros
Hands down the most powerful ecommerce platform I've used. The theme and app ecosystem is massive, the support team is excellent and the tools available feel truly world class!!
Cons
Pricing is on the higher side although it still feels well worth paying for what you get.

“effective store management tools”
Pros
Gives a lot of control when you set up a store online and it covers the essentials really well from inventory tracking and online payments to parcel shipping integration. The admin panel is accessible too so managing everything day to day feels easy.
Cons
I think it is quite expensive especially for a small new store that barely has any sales coming in yet. Being able to "park" the site during slower periods does help but it still feels like a significant cost for a business that's just getting started.

“smooth app integrations”
Pros
Adding most apps to the platform has been pretty smooth. It makes it simple for merchants to roll out new store features quickly without needing a lot of technical know how.
Cons
Customer support quality can be inconsistent from one app to another. Better support options, quicker response times, more complete documentation and stronger troubleshooting resources would make a big difference for users.

“user friendly”
Pros
From the beginning it feels very user friendly! Its accessible interface makes it simple for both technical and non technical users to build and manage an online store. Another big advantage is its scalability whether you're running a small business or a much larger one. The part we appreciate most is how SEO friendly the platform is.
Cons
One downside is the high transaction fees and the added cost of apps. There are also limits when it comes to customization so you can't always do as much as you might want in that area.

“flexible ecommerce customization”
Pros
Its biggest strength is how focused it is on e-commerce and there are plenty of customization options available to shape the store the way I want.
Cons
That said making those custom changes can be tricky. It doesn't work quite like other website builders and it can feel finicky when I'm trying to adjust something. A lot of the time getting the exact functions I want means purchasing several add-on apps which makes the overall cost climb pretty quickly.

“great for retailers”
Pros
Coming from a retailer rather than a developer background, it has been amazing to use. It's simple to get up and running and connecting it with the other software I already use has been no trouble at all.
Cons
I've noticed that editing text and images on the home page feels a little outdated.

“amazing templates”
Pros
Interface feels very accessible and getting a store up and running is quick even for someone just starting out. There are plenty of attractive templates to choose from, customer support replies fast and is very helpful and the setup process is quick from start to launch. It also supports a wide range of payment options which makes selling much more convenient.

Pros

“frustrating support and payment delays”
Pros
Starting off with the store is easy and the cost is affordable at the beginning.
Cons
Once the store is set up making changes becomes difficult and often leads to bugs during edits. Also there is basically no real customer support. The payments has been chasing me for over a month now and nobody has taken care of the issue, the support team just ignores you.
