“quick storefront launch”
Pros
Takes very little time ot get a store live thanks to the templates and it already works well on mobile without needing any extra setup or tweaking.
Cons
Some customization options can be hard to locate because they're tucked away in menus.

“user friendly”
Pros
Has been very easy to use especially while using the free Dawn theme. It's been simple to train our team to handle backend updates whenever needed which helps us leave the more customized or complex changes to our development team. We're in the middle of upgrading to a new theme now so I'm excited to see how it turns out.
Cons
An issue is that you seem to need a separate app for almost everything. The analytics also feel pretty limited especially when it comes to tracking subscription orders.

“launch a store easily”
Pros
Getting a brand up and running feels much more manageable with this and it's a more affordable option while also being simpler to work with.
Cons
Design side can still be challenging especially for anyone who's new to design and still learning the basics.

“Practical platform”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the platform is how simple it is to use. It's very practical, has been really useful for my business and it's also one of the most affordable options I've come across so far. The product management in particular works very well and having several payment methods available makes the whole experience even better.
Cons
Part I don't like is that it charges a fee for every sale I make and that comes on top of the subscription plan I already pay to use the platform.

“fast online store launch”
Pros
Doesn't take a lot of time to get an online store up and running! It doesn't require any special technical knowledge and all the core tools you need are already built in since the platform is designed specifically for ecommerce. Most of the work is just customizing the design a little and adding your products. On top of that, there are plugins that connect well with it including options for dropshipping sellers.
Cons
Setback is that the monthly pricing feels expensive when you're just getting started with an online store. If sales aren't coming in consistently, that recurring cost can become a problem and may not feel worth paying. There are also platform limitations and less room to add very specific custom features you may want especially compared with WordPress which offers a lot more flexibility.

“convenient store setup”
Pros
It's been really convenient to use this platform without having to build and manage my own separate online store from scratch. The setup feels fairly easy which made getting started much less of a trouble.
Cons
Problem was that integrating it with my POS wasn't very easy and I had a hard time getting that part to work easily.

“has a broad catalog”
Pros
Running this has been really positive because the processing costs are low, inventory is easy to manage and it supports a wide range of products. The location benefits also help and the platform scales well as the business grows.
Cons
Some issues include: the lower profit margins, heavy reliance on suppliers and not having full control over everything. Branding can also be harder to differentiate and shipping costs are still quite high.

“helpful customer support”
Pros
One thing it does really well is show us how customers react when we change something. If we update pricing, bring in new products or even adjust our business hours, it gives us a clear view of how those changes affect customer behavior.
Cons
Reporting could definitely be more detailed and effective. I'd love more granular data by product and purchase timing so it's easier to understand what sells during peak hours. Still for an out of the box POS, the reports are still very useful.

“calable selling”
Pros
Starting with it was easy and the setup took very little time. It connects well with payment systems, works nicely with a wide range of apps and scales up well as the business grows.
Cons
The monthly subscription and transaction charges can add up over time. Customization also feels somewhat limited and relying on third party apps for extra functions can be frustrating. Data ownership is another area that may raise concerns.

“A lot of selling perks”
Pros
Working with it feels very user friendly and having customer service available 24/7 is a big plus. It also lets you sell online effectively while offering worthwhile shopping discounts.
Cons
The singular issue I ran into with it is that the customization options feel somewhat limited. Aside from that the overall experience has been very pleasant.

“versatile integrations for growth”
Pros
There are tons of integrations and the platform is flexible enough to work well whether you're just starting a business or moving over an existing domain.
Cons
My only complaint is that adding extra theme pages to give the website a more polished, attractive look can get a bit expensive.

“impressive platform”
Pros
It does a good job laying out the steps you need to follow when building your store and that structure is really helpful. I still think that checklist could include a lot more detail but the idea behind it is definitely a strong one.
Cons

Pros
Didn't take long at all to get fully comfortable with. Even without any coding background, I was able to pick up how it works and learn the ins and outs within just a few weeks.
Cons
Cost can feel a bit expensive when you're just getting started although the free trial gives you a very affordable way to try it out first.

“frustrating bugs and absent support”
Pros
Honestly I don't see any real advantages here. At best it might teach you some coding since their so called experts regularly leave you to deal with problems on your own.
Cons
This platform might be passable if you only need a basic three page website with no real features but the moment you add even a little functions, everything starts breaking down. It's a badly functioning mess. I switched from WordPress to this after seeing their advertising and believing I'd no longer have to handle technical issues myself and that turned out to be a huge mistake. Ever since joining it has been one problem after another and I've had to sort things out alone because their expert team disappears for days sometimes even weeks without helping. Right now I'm dealing with yet another bug that keeps my site from being indexed by Google because of a redirect issue. I only discovered the cause after days of digging and I've already been waiting 7 days for their technical team to step in on what should be a beginner level issue something I could have fixed on my previous platform in two minutes. It's honestly disgraceful. It sells you the idea that you won't have to manage anything but once a problem comes up, they basically tell you to pay extra and hire an expert for even the smallest issue. I would absolutely not recommend this platform or you'll likely regret it.

“mobile inventory and instant invoices”
Pros
After switching from Wix to this platform because ecommerce was getting hard to manage, things became much more convenient. It lets us handle inventory, update stock and add new products even from a mobile phone. That flexibility has cut down the time we spend managing the site quite a bit. We can also send invoices to customers right away during live events which has been a huge plus so we're really happy with it!
Cons
One issue is that if you want to change the template, you usually need to bring in another vendor because the templates often require coding edits to make changes.
