“feels like the apple of ecommerce”

Pros

Pretty much everything about it works well. It combines easy integrations with a polished frontend and solid customization options. I'd describe it as the Apple of online stores! Not exactly cheap and breaking into its closed ecosystem can be tricky at times but honestly with all things considered, it's one of the best platforms I've used in a long while.

Cons

Some of its own apps are a bit hit or miss and there are definitely more thought-out alternatives available in the App Store.

Running my website on this platfrom has been a really positive experience! It's an excellent platform for hosting and the user interface feels very polished and pleasant to work with!

At times it can still be a bit hard to find the exact answer you're looking for.

A big plus with it is the variety of themes and getting products listed is pretty easy. It also connects well with our shipping platform and the shopping cart works reliably.

Cons

A frustrating part is that at the start, it is not very clear what a theme can handle on its own and what will need custom coding. Once customization is needed, you usually have to bring in outside help and after something is hard coded making changes later can be difficult. Other than that it feels like every small adjustment comes with an extra cost.

Getting the chance to learn how to build my own website was a big plus. The free trial made it even better since I could jump in and start learning right away.

Cons

Problem is that the apps can feel a little overwhelming especially with how often they spam my inbox. Shipping costs also seem a bit high for lower-priced items.

Everything about it feels very user friendly and people can use it without having to stop and figure things out. It's thoughtfully designed and put together really well.

You often have to rely on third party apps and there are occasional conflicts with the website that can create problems.

Running a shop on it feels very manageable compared with most platforms. It makes organizing products and handling the store overall much simpler and the analytics are especially helpful because they show what customers are viewing before they actually buy.

The part that frustrated me most was customizing the user experience of the store. It can be done but it is not very easy for the average person to figure out.

Considering how little it costs this software is phenomenal. It performs brilliantly on mobile and gives you plenty of layout flexibility even if you have no interest in getting into code.

Image management could definitely be better. It's tricky to resize banners without them looking pixelated on desktop even though they appear excellent on mobile.

It is a really interesting platform, quick to set up and simple enough that even the end client can understand and manage the basic features without much trouble.

We've been using it for our clients stores for several years now and we seriously haven't run into anything that doesn't work. The platform continues to meet market needs very well.

A downside is that some of the most valuable reporting features including custom report building, are only available on higher-tier plans which can limit deeper data analysis.

It is very user friendly especially from the client side and it's simple for clients to use.

Getting it set up can be tricky if you're not familiar with how the site settings work. It can also feel a bit expensive during months when there aren't any sales.

We've scaled to a 10 figure Amazon business and this platform handles all of our print on demand operations along with inventory transactions across the board.

It covers pretty much every feature and reporting tool you'd expect but it still falls short on that last 5%. The biggest gap is inventory adjustment history especially since it only goes back 3 months.

After more than a year using this, I've ended up moving all of my clients e-commerce websites over to it. I build my own themes with Liquid and that gives me the flexibility to create pretty much anything I need without feeling limited.

Cons

Can be a little expensive for my clients but the excellent support and the quality of the tools make the cost feel justified.

Using this for e commerce has been very satisfying. Setting up an online store is incredibly fast and it also comes with plenty of add-ons that expand its functions. That saves me a lot of time which I can then put into improving my logistics system and product delivery process.

Is impressive but the trial only lasts 14 days. It would be interesting if it offered a freemium plan for people who want to digitize their businesses but do not have much coding knowledge.

Uploading products and managing dropshipping is really easy which makes setting up the store much more convenient.

Cons

The free trial doesn't bring in any traffic so without extra promotion it's hard to get visitors during that period.

“locked out without warning”

Pros

There's nothing positive I can say about this company. The whole thing feels like a complete joke.

Cons

Stay away from it! They locked me out of my own website without any warning and never even explained why. I was told to reply to their email and I did that around 20 times over the course of two weeks but not once did I get a response. Don't put your livelihood at risk with a company that operates like this. I had my store with them for 3 years and paid them thousands and this is the level of professionalism they offer. Avoid them completely.
