“clean layout that works!!”
Pros
The store layout and the way products are managed are really well done. Apart from that adding items to the cart feels very easy and convenient.
Cons
One limitation is that the payment options are not really suitable for customers in some other countries especially in parts of Africa where not everyone has a bank account or PayPal. It would be much better if mobile payment options were integrated as well.

“smooth integrations for storefronts”
Pros
Something I really appreciated is how well it connects with a wide range of third party tools. That makes it much easier to build a customer experience that feels consistent, fluid and well connected from start to finish.
Cons
The part I appreciated less is that it requires a constant internet connection and the customization options can also feel somewhat limited.

“support falls short”
Pros
Platform itself is user friendly and I appreciate how simple it is to work with.
Cons
So frustrating when it comes to customer support! There are hundreds of basic requests that still go unanswered like being able to sort shipping options so it doesn't automatically default to a free option every time. That setup is especially unhelpful when you offer an 'add to existing order' option since it keeps selecting that by default. On top of that when a customer files a fraudulent chargeback, it says they'll fight it for you but in reality they do very little. Even worse they can remove you from the platform if your chargeback rate goes over 1% including in situations caused by the kinds of issues mentioned above.

“budget friendly payments”
Pros
Payment options are a solid fit if you're working with a budget and customizing the website is exceptionally simple.

It's only available in certain selected countries and the Advanced plan comes with a high monthly fee. Also attracting customers isn't easy.

“no background needed”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy even for people with zero e-commerce background. Since hosting is included, the admin side is much simpler to manage. Other than that plenty of extra features can be added without much effort by using optional apps.
Cons
Customer support is honestly not very helpful so it's a good thing the platform is simple to use. It can also get expensive and it's not always easy to find the developers who can build a truly customized site.

“reliable for ecommerce builds”
Pros
When I need to build an e-commerce site for a client, it is one of the platforms I usually go with. The reason is pretty easy: it makes the setup process simple and quick.
Cons
That said, it can end up being very expensive for someone just starting out in e-commerce since the ongoing subscription costs can become much higher over time.

“Good support around the clock”
Pros
Whenever help is needed on it , support is always available 24/7 which has been a big plus. Reaching an agent by email, live chat or phone is easy and the issues usually get resolved quickly and effectively.
Cons
After using this for the past two years, the biggest downside has been the cost since keeping the platform running requires a monthly or yearly subscription. Another concern is that an account can get locked which may lead to permanent loss of all online store data.

Pros
Really simple to get to grips with and very detailed for everyday use! There are a huge number of compatible applications and many of them are even free. Inventory management is simple and the POS is also very user friendly for physical stores.

“costly platform with awful support”
Pros
Having a store up and running without any coding is one of the few things it does well.
Cons
At this point the support has become a complete mess. First they removed phone support, then email support disappeared and after laying off thousands of support staff, you're basically left battling a chatbot just to reach a real person, who often isn't even technical. On top of that, there's frequent downtime if you bother checking outage trackers even though the platform tends to deny it. Checkout problems are another constant issue. We've had entire days where customers couldn't pay by card and it has admitted there were problems but according to section 7 of their terms, that basically means you're out of luck. You can lose tens of thousands of pounds and they'll politely tell you they're not responsible. That's unacceptable especially when any service contract should come with a reasonable standard of reliability. Their own support response more or less confirmed it: they apologized for poor communication, admitted I should have received replies on my tickets, acknowledged the business impact and then pointed me to their Terms of Service saying they do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and will not offer compensation. So not only do they take a significant cut from every sale and charge expensive monthly fees but the help is now weak to nonexistent. Meanwhile, they're increasing profits for hedge fund owners while cutting huge numbers of staff. The pattern is pretty obvious.

“reliable checkout and transactions”
Pros
Overall, my experience was very positive because it handled our needs really well. Its innovative setup gave us constant access to the information we needed and our customers appreciated how simple it was to complete transactions, issue electronic receipts and use the other features available.
Cons
At my previous workplace, we adopted this platform as our e-commerce platform and the move from our old system turned out to be an excellent decision. We were extremely happy with how easy the platform was to use. It noticeably reduced checkout time and made access to information much simpler including viewing product stock details, product images and much more. It stayed consistent and dependable the entire time and we never ran into any issues with it.

Pros
Everything about it has been excellent. The platform is simple to figure out, easy to use and gives plenty of management options. It also works conveniently from anywhere at any time which makes running things much more practical.

“powerful admin”
Pros
Compared with other ecommerce tools, this stands out as a top choice especially for non-technical users. It offers plenty of features for customizing themes, product pages, designs and more without making things complicated. The admin panel is very accessible and packed with useful options. Product and order sorting, searching and organizing are some of the strongest functions available in the dashboard.
Cons
It is still one of the best platforms out there but the lack of checkout page customization is a limitation right now. While that restriction helps from a security perspective, it can become frustrating when trying to fully redesign a theme.

Pros
The interface is clean and easy so it's simple for just about anyone to use. It also comes with plenty of features that let us build our own e-commerce store without needing any coding skills.

“selling around the clock”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to keep selling even when I'm asleep. Once everything is set up, it runs smoothly and I can also use it to sell through social media which is a big plus.
Cons
The cost can be a bit high at times. It would be better if they offered a more flexible tiered membership structure.

“I recommend”
Pros
For the past 7 years, it has basically been my go-to E-Commerce manager. Whenever something has come up, customer support has been there to help sort it out. There are more than 1000 add ons available for specific needs, covering everything from bulk inventory management to newsletter creation. The default templates are useful and there's also the option to code your own website layout if you want something custom. I'd recommend this to anyone trying to build their business online.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. The mobile app is packed with features and feels just as fully developed as the desktop version.

Pros
Has been very easy to start out with and it offers plenty of options along with integrations with many software solutions which makes working with our data much easier.

“user friendly store builder”
Pros
Was pretty easy to get an online store up and running! I'm not especially technical but I was able to set everything up without a lot of frustration. The templates are a big plus too since they're flexible enough to customize and make a small business site look polished and professional.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost because it can climb quickly once you start adding extra apps and features. On top of that, the app quality feels inconsistent--some are excellent while others are pretty underwhelming. And if you want to go beyond the basics, the more advanced customization options can be frustrating when you're not very tech-savvy.

“No cost”
Pros
Running my online store with this platform has been really easy and the fact that it doesn't cost anything makes it even better.
