“clear order timeline and refunds”
Pros
Everything is laid out in a very accessible, readable way so we can keep track of all the key purchase details without digging around. The discounts are clearly shown and the price breakdown is especially useful. When it comes to order details, it helps us handle refunds faster and with better accuracy. The timeline under each order is probably the best part--it shows detailed info like the purchase date, refund activity, the card used, refund status and any extra notes tied to the order.
Cons
At moments the tax calculation is off. We've run into a few cases where the amount shown wasn't the correct one.

“love using it daily!”
Pros
It has completely changed the way I go about my day and honestly, I have zero regrets. It's been such a joy using it and browsing through everything on the platform. Really happy with it.
Cons
For now I don't have anything negative to mention. It's been working perfectly well for me so far and I'm hoping it continues that way.

“flexible store tools, rising costs”
Pros
Setting up and running an online store with this felt very easy thanks to its user friendly interface. It makes the whole process approachable even for people without much technical experience. I also appreciated the large selection of customizable templates and the fact that they are mobile-responsive helped me build a polished site that looks good across different devices. Secure hosting, support for multiple payment methods and a huge app store made the platform even more appealing by adding flexibility and extra features. On top of that, its solid SEO tools helped improve my store's visibility and the 24/7 customer support, scalability, analytics and abandoned cart recovery tools make it a well-rounded option for growing an e-commerce business.
Cons
A setback I ran into with it is that transaction fees apply to some payment gateways which can raise the overall cost of operating the store. Although the platform is fairly user friendly, there are still some limits when it comes to customizing certain parts of the website especially if you need more advanced design elements or specific functions. The base pricing is reasonable but expenses can climb pretty quickly once you start adding extra apps and features which may be a concern for anyone working with a tighter budget.

“efficient ecosystem”
Pros
Using it is easy and the platform is very user friendly. On top of that, the ecosystem of developers, partners and plugins gives it a lot of flexibility and makes it easier to extend as needed.
Cons
The biggest frustration has been payments especially in India. With the new RBI mandate, the payment process has become quite painful to deal with.

“great social selling features”
Pros
So easy to get a website organized and the platform does a nice job of adapting to your industry, products and target buyers. They provide free, mobile-friendly templates that let you get set up in a short amount of time. Their customer support team was always available to answer questions and there are plenty of helpful resources when you need guidance or run into problems. On top of that, it offers lots of plug-in options to help grow a business and I especially enjoyed the social media integrations like Instagram and Facebook, where customers can order products directly from those platforms.
Cons
Pricing could be more beginner friendly. Even with the free trial, many new stores need more than 30 days to make their first sale so it would be better if there were a more suitable plan for people just starting out.

“customization that powers growth”
Pros
Running my e-commerce business has become much more manageable with this solution. The platform is user friendly, gives me plenty of customization options and the customer support has been excellent whenever I've needed help.
Cons
The monthly subscription is on the expensive side which can be tough for smaller businesses. On top of that, certain features come with extra charges so the overall cost can add up quickly.

“my recommendation!”
Pros
It's a software platform built specifically for online sales, available and accessible to everyone. It comes with several features that help meet customer needs. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to get started in commerce since there's something there for every kind of seller.
Cons
With this, the available actions feel fairly limited and the premium plan is too expensive.

“dependable solution”
Pros
Working with it is very easy and the customization tools are genuinely useful and save a lot of time. Support is available 24/7 through several channels which makes it very accessible whenever help is needed. On top of that, receiving payments through it including from third party platforms, is simple and convenient.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the trial period since a 30-day free trial would give users more time to fully explore all of its benefits. Also, leaving the platform is not especially accommodating.

“full control for your brand”
Pros
Running an online store to support my Tudor history podcast started out as a way to sell fun leggings through print-on-demand suppliers and it ended up growing into something much bigger which has been great. A lot of creators stick with Redbubble, Spreadshirt and similar platforms and that works well because they handle the whole sales process for you. That is helpful if you do not care much about knowing your customers but if you are trying to build a real online business, being able to capture sales data and grow an email list is incredibly important. You can still work with print-on-demand suppliers but now you are the one controlling the entire sales flow. Everything is branded around your business. The labels on the leggings carry your branding, the mailing address is your company and the whole experience feels like it truly belongs to you. The trade-off, of course, is that you also have to manage customer service issues that would normally go to a platform like Zazzle. Still, if the goal is to build a business around your audience, that direct connection matters a lot. You also keep all the profits. With the available apps, you can create a store that really reflects your identity and gives you full control over the sales process.
Cons
I am not thrilled about is how much depends on paid apps and how some features are only available on the more expensive plans. Having access to all those options is nice but it is also very easy for the monthly costs to pile up fast. At one point, I was spending around $100 a month just on different apps. I still use other marketplaces like Etsy because that is a different model from running your own store, almost like joining an art fair where some traffic is already built in.

Pros
Getting started with it is one of the best options for anyone beginning an online business without technical skills. It helped us build our online store quickly and also contributed to improving our sales. It's definitely worth trying.
Cons

“adaptive platform”
Pros
Everything feels easy to use with it. The interface is accessible, the hosting is dependable and the security is solid. I also appreciate that the responsive design keeps the store looking polished and working properly on both desktop and mobile which really matters in today's e-commerce environment.
Cons
The starting price is fairly reasonable but the extra costs can add up over time. Transaction fees and paid app subscriptions increase the total cost of ownership and the customization options can feel somewhat limited.

Simple to get a business off the ground through this tool! It gives you a full range of ecommerce management tools and connects with just about any plugin you might need for anything related to selling online.
